“Bought 2 things from here now and both have been quick delivery and fair quality. The second thing I bought was a desk and it was quite expensive, but it did feel a bit cheap and nasty to put together so i was quite disappointed at the flat pack stage. However now it’s up it looks really good, I just won’t lean on it too hard or break it down as I’m not sure it will take being put back together, the screw holes are poorly reinforced and get worn away every time you re screw it”

“I picked up the chest of drawers from the depot, so no delivery involved. The chest was packed well, the assembly instructions clear and the chest good value for money. I deliberately chose a small compact chest, but it is sturdy and looks good. We had problems with one set of runners and replaced them with a better design.”

“I paid extra for quick delivery and it arrived the same as if I paid the cheaper postage rate. Do not blame Covid as many parcels are arriving early form other suppliers.”

“When you spend £430 pounds on a (BED FRAME) I expect quality. Not the case here anywhere there's a screw it isn't pre drilled. Quality of materials are just poor in terms of wood and cloth. The main support for the bed is a thin strip of plywood so I had make my own supports that were adequate. The pattern on the headboard is lopsided by 20mm. The draws don't sit flush with the bed. Overall it's just poor in every way wouldn't pay £150 if I knew of the quality before buying. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Won't be using this site again.”

“Easy to order . It was exactly as described and a lovely piece of furniture in my lounge . Delivery was very quick and no damage . Very pleased . Little bit disappointed that they charge for delivery and there is a surcharge which is not great .”

“Lovely snuggle chair, exactly how it looked on the website. Very comfortable and well made. Delivery within four days at date and time of my choice. I cannot recommend this company enough, we are so impressed and will be back.”
