“It was great that you were able to deliver during Lockdown and that delivery was free and within 48 hours. There was an item missing from the delivery. It took me two days to get through to you on the phone to rectify this, which was understandable in the current situation, but I wish your phone line had been more honest (the callback time was said to be an hour and a half and I did not received a call that day, over 7 hours later!). The order was really well packaged. The instructions were really easy to follow, although the suggested assembly time scale was optimistic to say the least! We're really pleased with the cabin bed that we purchased especially for the price.”

“The worst company I have ever ordered from! I have been trying to cancel an order for over 6 weeks as I didn't want to wait 2 months for it to be delivered, have spoken to multiple advisors all giving me the same answer and yet I am still awaiting my refund. AWEFUL. WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN!”

“Delivery service was on time and kept me informed. Covid restrictions meant delivery was to ground floor - don't know what happens at other times. Boxes were very heavy to move up 2 flights of stairs (wardrobe). Packaging was thorough and secure. On removing packaging one panel was marked and another had a poorly finished edge. Must have been like that before packing. Fortunately neither was obvious when built and in place. Some concern about how flimsy the doors are in relation to how strong the door catches are. You have to really pull or push to open and close which bends the doors and time will tell if this is a problem. It looks good.”

“Absolutely over the moon with my dining room table set stunning, beautiful quality, exactly like the image as seen website easy to put together. The best thing also is each item has its own compartment for the but and bolts and any thing u want to keep incase of having to dismantle for any reason, I.e moving house love it highly recommend thank you furniture123 x”

“I ordered a marble coffee table which came on time no issues but the stand which was gold has paint come off.its already damaged before I even used it.i paid £200 for the table which now looks poor quality. Really not happy”
