“Fantastic quality sofas excellent delivery service ordered on a Saturday and were delivered on the Monday so happy with the quality and the look of them will definitely be putting more orders in with furniture 123 have highly recommended to family and friends”

“We absolutely love this grey mid sleeper for our little boy. It looks great & is made really well. The draws, pull out table & shelf are really handy for extra storage or if the child's room is on the smaller side. Delivery was good they kept us updated and rang around 30 mins before delivery. The only downside were the instructions. They wasn't as clear as they could be but wouldn't be put off from buying other products. All in all great bed & customer service.”

“First time ordering and I wouldn't reccomend. I ordered dining chairs and received a email saying they would arrive on the 15th June and had been dispatched on the 8th June. Great. A few days later I received a email telling me somthing had happened an they would now be arriving on 30th JULY! No idea how they could be shipped on the 8th and now be taking 8 weeks to get to us? Sounds dodgy to me. I have attempted to contact customer services but have had nothing back. I have spoken to other people who also say the customer service is none existent. Would have ordered from somewhere else if I knew I was going to have to wait 8weeks and receive no accurate information.”

“We ordered furniture for our daughters room in April and knew st the time the delivery wasn't until mid June. A couple days before the delivery date was due I emailed to confirm the date. I recieved a message back with an new delivery date a week later. I call customer service and asked them to confirm 100% this was the day the furniture would arrive. They couldn't because it wasn't even in the warehouse, they couldn't even guarantee delivery this year!! It felt like we had been used as a bank loan during this difficult period and they had no intention of delivering anytime soon. The staff were polite, but came a cross as uninterested in any customer service. Didn't offer to call supplier and couldn't wait to get off the phone. I know they have good reviews but our experience didn't reflect this. My daughter was extremely disappointed and upset. I doubt I will use furniture 123 again.”
