“I placed my order then realised I'd forgotten something so called and left my number for someone to call me back which they did longer than I was expecting in the meantime I read lots of negative reviews and wished I hadn't placed my order. But they called me back I had already paid for next day delivery which really was 2 days as it was Saturday and I was kept informed all the way and my items was delivered when they said it would be and we are delighted with them . If I'd have read reviews before I placed my order I may not have ordered them . But I'm so glad I did. I can only speak as I find . So well done to furniture 123 . THANKYOU”

“Changed delivery date twice, and only on day of delivery did I get an estimate of time of day, a two hour window. This was a cabin bed, with desk, shelves and drawers. Don’t underestimate how long it will take to assemble, for me six hours, albeit I was working alone. Every component was present and correct. Close attention to the instructions is required, as there are subtle but important differences between components. Finished item is pretty good quality. My grandson loves it.”

“The bed is exactly what we wanted, it was easy to assemble and is strong sturdy bed. Our daughter is very Impressed with her new ‘big girl bed’. There was good communication throughly the delivery process.”

“Lovely coffee table. Very easy to put together. However the protective film was very difficult to remove as it was extremely hard to lift an edge from the wood. But overall very pleased”

“One damaged mattress. One damaged bed (clearly it has been repaired and not very well at that. No response from the complaints department within the timeframe you state. Can not speak to anyone and can not get any response at all from you. Very shoddy practice that.”
