“Excellent communication and fast delivery. My son's delighted with his new bed. I would have given 5 stars but I think that the £50 delivery charge is quite expensive .”

“Very unhappy, ordered a bed received an email stating that it will be delivered 9th Sept 2020, waiting in, when I tracked the item and contacted the courier Arrowxl they said it had not even been booked and gave me available dates to arrange delivery myself, I re booked for 16th Oct, spoke to yourself who was very good and refunded me the del charge, but I had not received a text yesterday to give me a time slot so went on to tracking and it now states ordered cancelled by Client and returned to site??? I have already dismantled and disposed of my old bed, what am I meant to do. I was unsure of ordering from you and you have proved me right, I guess I'm sleeping on the floor till I can find a company that can delivery me a bed - I must say they did refund me quickly (well not in mu bank yet)”

“Items delivered are faulty, despite sending 5 emails, photographs and trying to call no one is responding. Have been trying to make contact since the day of delivery and no assistance received. The only emails received ask the same questions and then no one responds again. Shocking service, both sets of tables are damaged and one doesn't nest properly.”

“Really pleased! The bed is absolutely perfect for our son's box room. It's really solid and was fairly straightforward to build. He loves the space underneath, behind the draws. He's made it into a little den. We paid for next day delivery and it came super quick with a time slot emailed to us the before.”

“Brilliant! This is my 2nd furniture purchase from Furniture 123 and I was very pleased at both occasions. website easy to navigate, ordering very smooth with options for PayPal credit or debit payment. Communication about the order was on point, reminder about the dispatch and delivery. The delivery driver called me 30 minutes before he dropped my furniture off. He was very polite and professional, all Covid measures in place. The sofa chair I bought was of good quality and well packaged. Would definitely recommend and will be using again ☺️ very happy customer.”
