“I ordered a piece of furniture on a Sunday, with guaranteed delivery on the Tuesday. I checked to see if I had tracking details, only to notice the order has been delayed by 2 days, but the website gave me the chance to cancel the order without the fuss of calling and trying to sort this. As someone with anxiety this made me feel better about the situation and the company. I decided to wait, received the item and it is beautiful. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.”

“Was waiting a few weeks for the Tiffany console table to come back in stock! Website said del from 6th Oct So I Called their customer services who told me it was due in their November delivery.. on 6th Oct I went back to check and it had been reposted with a slightly different description. Ordered it with normal 3-5 working day delivery and it came next day! (Result) fairly easy to assemble took less than 1.5 hours. I don’t know why I assumed the drawers would be the push and open ones, so I’m slightly disappointed with those. However the unit is nice and feels sturdy. I’m using as a vanity table so does what it needs too. Not a fan on the Led lighting so just dont turn them on. But overall great service (once purchased) and beautiful table!”

“Well made and sturdy bed. Looks very nice. Would recommend that there should be a way to stabilise the bed with a brake or something though as it can move sideways. Was disappointed that package opened in transit but got in touch with them and was assured they would help if anything was missing. Thankfully nothing was missing.”
