“Really happy with everything, the whole process was seamless. The two Sofas were as described and arrived when they were supposed to. Shout out the delivery team / company, well impressed with the way we were kept informed of the delivery times, delivery lads prompt and polite”

“The delivery was earlier than promised. The delivery man was very helpful, as this was a heavy product. Customer services did reply to my enquiry about delivery ,and was helpful. The product was great, packed really carefully, brilliant instructions for assembly.”

“We ordered a tv unit and sideboard from the images on the website which we usually wouldn’t have, we prefer to go to a showroom. The units were delivered as promised packaging was excellent and the units were fantastic we were very happy with both the products and service provided will definitely purchase again from the site in the future”

“I ordered a console table from furniture 123, it's Mt first time ordering from them. My sister advised against ordering from them because she snubbed them as low market and cheap quality. I instantly started regretting my decision and started to anticipate loads of problems. I got an email from them the next day stating my delivery will be for the day after. Was surprised for such a quick delivery time but still was apprehensive thinking something will go wrong. The delivery came as promised but even then I thought it, I bet the product is going to be terrible. I opened the package and believe me when I say this. It was wrapped so delicately as though it was a baby. I've purchased online many times but I have never seen packaging that has been wrapped with so much care. Again I thought nah, superficial they are trying to cover up something dreadful inside. We made the console table with ease, item looked like it was good quality and very sturdy. Once it was all made it looked better than the photos online. I could not have been happier. I've been looking at console table twice as much price as the one I got and to be honest they were not as nice as the one I got. The only issue was I found a tiny chip on the drawers, I thought it was a sticker so I scratched it and made it bigger. It seems the paint was coming off a bit. I'm not returning or complaining as I'm not sure if the original scratch was made by us when we were building it with our little terrors of children who wanted to "help" us build.”

“I ordered the Harlow high gloss white TV unit on 25/11/20, and was given a delivery date of 2nd December. Furniture 123 then messaged me to say I could have this on 28/11/20 if convenient. Brilliant service. Item delivered within the 1 hour time slot. Well packaged, and with easy to follow instructions. Item looks great in our lounge. Thank you Furniture 123 - a great firm to deal with, and will be buying again soon.”
