“I received a bed 55 days ago I have been trying to return it since the same day it was delivered. I am a newly single parent and have taken three days of Of work as 123 furniture keeps telling me the parcel will be collected between 8:00am 12pm it is now 15:45 and I still have this item taking up space in my hall way. I am unable to bring my pram inside the house it has been so difficult. I literally can’t afford to take anymore time of work. I am so stressed I can’t get through on the phone it literally keeps hanging up after being on hold for 30 plus minutes. Not sure what left I can do and I am unable to buy another bed as furniture 123 are holding my funds. So I have been sleep On the sofa for 55 days also.”

“Website easy to use and navigate; quick delivery options despite my home address being 200+miles away. Unfortunately needed to arrange a refund on the express delivery as the 3rd party courier used had overloaded the delivery vehicle and my sofa needed to be removed; however there was no quibbling by 123.”

“The bed came with a couple missing pieces (still managed to build the entire bed, only minor pieces missing) and furniture 123 were very accommodating and great to deal with when I contacted them about it. They sent us the missing pieces right away. Other than that I am very pleased with the bed, great quality!”

“NEVER AGAIN!!! I purchased a new ottoman bed. Upon assembling my joiner noticed that the middle bar was faulty. Contacted them and got a new one sent out. New part then came and it was the wrong size. Contacted again to be told it would be sent out in 3 days. 3 days later still not part so contacted again and told there was an issue in the warehouse. So I am now 2 weeks later sleeping on the floor. Had some goodwill given back to me but not even covered the cost of a joiner 3 times never mind any form of compensation for having to sleep on the floor!”

“Love this extra large tv stand. Arrived sooner than expected. Well packaged so no scraped edges on MDF panels. We had to raise the DVD player up a bit so the disc draw could open. Looks great at night too with LED lights on. Very pleased with this item.”
