“Happy with the product itself however there are several areas of damage which is disappointing. I can only assume this is due the handling when being loaded and out for delivery.”

“An order for a bed on the 2nd March has still not arrived Every week chasing up is met with next week it will be delivered! Still no bed ! This had to be the worst experience Promises never fulfilled Still I’m bedless”

“Bought two bedside tables, took a while to build and a bit fiddly, but lovely. One of them had a faulty drawer. Contacted F123 and customer services were super helpful and resolved my query quickly. Unfortunately the replacement part I needed wasn't available so they offered to collect the item and send a whole new unit or a partial refund. Very happy with my experience and thank you for helping me!”

“The delivery driver was on time and carried the flat pack bed to the correct room but only because I told him to and not because he asked me. He also said he'd been trying to call me. But he only called me once and left me a voicemail to tell me how far away he was.”

“I purchased the safina king size bed in beige. Absolutely love the colour. Looks very elegant and once put together, it's sturdy. The delivery was literally next day. I have to say a big thankyou to the 2 gentlemen who delivered the bed. They very polite and kind enough to take the package upstairs. I haven't had any issues with damaged or missing parts so overall very happy 👍🏼”
