“I've been using the QED XT400 for many years. I just ordered a 12m cable. In my system, this cable performs better than other cables costing ten times as much. Excellent product. Very fast shipping from Futureshop.”

We usually pride ourselves on a very short delivery cycle; however, we encountered a minor setback with this particular product line. Our supplier was undergoing a year-end stocktake programme, which temporarily paused their dispatch operations. They were able to ship the stock to us on the 12th of January, and upon receipt on the 14th, we immediately prioritised your order for dispatch. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this delay. “I ordered the NRG-Y3 on Sun 28th Dec, which was swiftly dispatched on Mon and timely delivered on Tues 30th. I cannot fault Future Shop for their professionalism & efficiency. Originally this cable was purchased for a Technics SL1200G, but as the C14 inlet port is recessed & sideways facing, I found the connector was a little too large for the space it was intended for. ..Hope was not all lost though!, I found a very good home for it, on my Allen & Heath mixer. Many Thanks, Future Shop..”
