“This is not my first purchase from Future Shop and each experience has been a breeze. This latest purchase, my delivery was slightly delayed due to delay from the manufacturer of the item. However, future Shop kept me updated all the way. In my experience, customer service is fantastic; responses to queries are prompt and the staff are knowledgeable with their products. I have always found their products of high quality.”

“Delivery was great came on time product (hdmi cable) I'm unsure on as I'm having a hell of a time trying to get the handshake with my gpu at 144hrz 4k the text is all messed up and no matter what I do it won't become clear but is fine at 120hrz 4k using my old cable from ugreen has no issue and works fine at 144hrz 4k texture is crisp and clear so I've moved to using it as pure audio cable in the earc to soundbar instead was contemplating returning but don't want to go through the hassle. Honestly I don't know if I would buy another product (audio quest) cable again i can't be positive it is actually built to spec and can't in good faith endorse the product to others. Maybe I have a faulty one I don't know but it's fine for my soundbar so itl do”

If you want to give it another try, I’d suggest: - Checking your GPU and monitor support for 4K at 144Hz and ensuring the HDMI version aligns (HDMI 2.0/2.1 as applicable). - Testing with a different high-speed cable known to handle 4K/144Hz reliably. - Trying the cable at 120Hz 4K as a baseline to confirm it’s stable before reattempting 144Hz.
