I was very disappointed with the quality of this picture. It was if it was printed on cardboard and framed. There was a big crease in the center of the photo and can't go unnoticed. Hoping I can return it and get my money back as I paid $65 for something I can't even hang. Its unfortunate because I really liked the print overall and would've fit great in my daughter's room. Not sure I would purchase from this site again if this is the quality of product.

!!!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!! they are selling artists and illustrators work WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, you will not get what you paid for and the quality will be AWFUL. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Order took two weeks to be dispatched. Not a huge issue in itself, but their website advertises quite prominently "Estimated arrival 3 to 5 days", so I was definitely misled on delivery times. The real issue is that the framed art I ordered arrived damaged. The plastic covering has a cracked puncture mark in it, which distorts the entire frame. I contacted FY about this the same day the item arrived with the intention of returning the product for a replacement, but a week later I have not had a response, so it looks like I am left with a damaged product and no other option but to open a chargeback with my credit card. Will definitely not be ordering from FY again.

Appalling. After a few issues and a crazy long wait both delivery and for customer service to respond, i then queried a shipping invoice i had been sent by Fedex for a throw i ordered. No reply for days. I eventually reached out to the instagram dms but they were rude and passive aggressive. Customer service responded that items delivered from the US carry duty and tax charges. It is unclear where an item is being shipped from before purchasing. The payment goes to Fy, a UK company. ‘Iamfy’ is whats shown on the card statement and there is no correspondence from any third party company. I probably wouldnt be writing this now but i was assured they would reimburse (despite the instagram team saying they dont do that) the charge to me but its been 2 weeks and theres no money and no email. Every correspondence i have had with Fy has been responded to with buck passing and excuses. The worst of which is that they are too busy to respond!! The advertising hasnt slowed down a single bit but they are “inundated” with so many queries they cant keep up. It doesnt make sense. “We’re sorry. We’re busy” just is not good enough when they are doing nothing to curtail the demand. This company is doing quite the opposite then simply deleting the negative reactions. So just a warning to people that this is what you can expect. Also, read the Trustpilot reviews. I am unsure why theres such a contrast between the 2 sites.

I ordered two prints. One came in the mail, while I got an email saying the other would be delayed a few days due to COVID-19 issues. After some time, I contacted them saying I have yet to receive my order. They told me it was shipped, and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number was for the first order. After pointing this out to them, I was told both orders were sent at the same time, and to re-check my package. I had already hung up the first print, and even re-used their envelope, so I knew this wasn't the case. Tired of getting the run-around, so this is my review. Buyer beware!

Despite sending out email campaigns to claim they are still offering fast shipping, there are production delays on prints of up to 7 working days - this means you're looking at 2 weeks+ for delivery. This was only made clear to me, a week later after chasing up with two emails. Dishonest & unethical.

Delivery is shocking, been waiting almost two months for an item, only for it to be stuck at fedex with “no delivery time Scheduled”... (they pay for cheap delivery basically) Customer services have no info and just palm you off with “its coming” If you want quirky cool Home ideas - go to made.com - at least they deliver your product.

The quality of the ptint is so poor. Image is not as clear as it shows on this website. It's rather blurry and I don't call it art. So dissapointed considering the price I paid.

Absolute waste of time. Ordered an expensive print and frame three weeks ago. No confirmation email sent. Had to chase that up. I explained I needed it by the 15th May for a birthday present and was advised it should be here. Now told it may not arrive and that they can’t tell me when to expect it. I’ve had to spend £30 today getting another gift as it’s unlikely to arrive this week. Not acceptable. I’ve had orders arrive from China in this time frame. Do not use this company. They are overpriced and slow. I am beginning to think this may be a scam.

very disappointed I was so excited to order three beautiful prints off iamfy. Ordered about two weeks ago and have yet to receive any communication of it being shipped, not tracking and yet my money was taken. Even worse is that they have no customer service agents responding to any emails however they are still posting on their Instagram story trying to entice their next victim. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Trash, i ordered 2 photos on the same day. i received on but the other is saying that it is still printing. I ask a rep if i could get details on my order and was told that it still hadn't printed yet, when i asked for a refund I was told i had to wait for it to ship to me to send it back when in fact it hasn't even shipped yet. i will not be ordering from this company ever again. not to mention the same photo is on Wayfair for less and you can get it bigger. Do not order from here.

I’ve received no order confirmation, and did not get the 20% app discount (I have checked the same item on the regular website, and its the price I paid). I've had 0 response to my communications, very disappointed. Item is still pending dispatch.

I ordered 4 pictures through the app, did not receive the 20% discount advertised. I have used the contact us to request the discount but this has not been responded to. 4 days since placing the order and paying, but no sign of the order status changing yet.. very disappointing customer experience.

I ordered 3 framed prints weeks ago and they were never delivered due to an 'incorrect address' and is now being redelivered to Fy!. I gave them the correct address so I've emailed them 3 times to see the status of my posters and how to resolve the issue. NO REPLIES THOUGH?????

Well it sounds like others e in the same situation I’m in. I ordered my print, they charged my account and no confirmation send or tracking. And NO it’s not in my junk file. I’ve tried to contact them several times on their chat and no response. I would just like some follow up!!

I have just bought a framed print, costing £72.00. Site states if I download app I will receive a 20% discount. I did this, but no discount applied. When I queried this I was told the cost should have been £84.00. Nowhere is this price mentioned. In the on line chat I am invited to click onto table of payments. No table available is shown. I am disgusted by this fraudulent advertising.

Order $500 worth of items on April 17 - it’s now May 4 and I haven’t received an communication from the company regarding my order. On the website it says 4-7 day shipping in the US. Well it’s almost a month now - I won’t order from this company again.
