I have to say I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I received my purchase damaged, which is going to be a huge inconvenience to send back because the way it is packaged. I contacted customer service three days ago and still have not heard back. Very disappointed!

I have put in a order and emailed customer service on numerous occasions and no reply,I have ordered 2 prints and my order has disappeared and I can’t log in into my account it seems to think that I don’t exist

I ordered a print 3 days ago and have no had any postage confirmation emailed to me but have 100% been charged For it. I’ve tried contacting them and still no response. Very disappointed!!

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear of the delayed shipment. Our art prints normally take 1-3 working days for processing/printing, however in times of high volume such as Black Friday/Christmas, they can sometimes take a bit longer. They've been running what appears to be a bogus promotion of 20% off your first order when you join their mailing list. This was supposed to 'automatically' be applied to items, but when I came to pay the discount had been removed and they tried to charge me full price. I believe they are promoting a discount that does not exist as an attempt to get customers to share their personal details. I've contacted them via their form on their website, and replied to the email which I received to confirm form had been received, but am yet to have a response. I have, however, been receiving promotional emails from the get go - no surprise there! I will be contacting the Advertising Standards Authority to report. Avoid using this company.

Ordered some shelves on the 28th August. They took the money straight away, sent a tracking link but the tracking link says they have not shipped the product - 12 days after it was ordered. Sent a message through the only channel they give you - 4 days later still no response. Either this company is grossly incompetent or fraudulent

I am still waiting after nearly a month for a set of shelves to be delivered. Fy took 2.5 days to respond to my first message, and after another week passed, I sent another email. I have been waiting 4 days for a response to this email and have received no update on my missing parcel. I feel like I have wasted nearly €200 and I will take the matter further. Fy customer service is extremely poor - Beware!

i ordered 3 prints but unfortunately i ordered the wrong size. I have emailed them 3 times requesting a return label and apart from the standard "we reply to emails in the order we receive them" i am yet to receive the label required. Not impressed with the customer service at all and will not be using in the future.

Order 3 times before and had no problem. However the 4th time I’ve ordered a print and it’s still being prepared for shipment!! Said it would be delivered within 3-5 I ordered over 9 days ago!!!!

Ordered a print over 3 weeks ago for £91.00, STILL no order received. I have emailed fy to find out where my delivery is and they confirmed it had arrived in India - but I am in the UK! I emailed them back with my concern but they have not responded. This is my first order with the company and I plan to order many, many more prints but this first experience has been very poor.

Starting to understand the bad reviews on here and trustpilot. I ordered a print earlier this month and was really happy with it and the prompt delivery. Second time around when I ordered 72 euros worth of prints, not so lucky. The tracking information has been saying for the last week that it was unable to make delivery (no attempt has been made to my office, it mentions An Post and An Post leave a slip through the door if they attempt to deliver) and is being processed as a return?! I really just want the prints that I've paid for at this stage, haven't had much luck with getting a response from customer service, have sent two emails (live chat doesn't appear to be an option). Hoping this will be resolved, and that it can be turned around into a positive review. It's a shame as I was really happy with the first print, and wanted more from the artist.

I have just order from Fy and they debited my card 11 times for the one order !!!! so a $38 post is now $389 extra !! cant fn=ind a number to call them to sort the issue out , only received 1 email confirming my order not 11 so there is a hiccup with the check out process . wold love to call or have live chat option on this website to resolve the issue , cant see how this could happen you debit someone car 11 times for 1 order ?

If 0 stars was an option that's what I'd be using. Given my experience, I think the other 5 star reviews are fake. The quality of these prints are appalling. I spent £18 on a tiny print (half the size of A4) that was so flimsy it may as well have been printed on normal paper. I cannot give this to my friend as her intended birthday present, I would be embarrassed. There's no straight forward returns procedure either. Completely disappointed with this company, I will never be shopping with them again. RIP OFF.

I have received 2 images today that are the worst quality I have ever seen. They are pixellated and horrible. Not what was shown on the site. There isn't a contact number for the site, so can not speak to someone to resolve quickly. :( We were wanting to finish the room these were going in by the weekend but this site has made that impossible. Not impressed.

I'm surprised to view so many high ratings on here as I've had the complete opposite experience with the Fy company. It makes me think all the high rated reviews are fake. My first order went missing and I never received it. After following up with Royal Mail I'm now waiting 10 working days for a response to an investigation as to where my parcel is. In the meantime the item which I bought for a present, I purchased again on Fy however when I went to check out and select 'next day delivery' or 'express delivery' the Fy website didn't allow me to do so and instantly completed the purchase as it had saved my card details from the previous purchase. Then I contacted Fy on their chat service via their website, email and Facebook messenger however I have not got a response from any of these channels. I'm worried Fy will again send this item 'not signed for' upon collection and therefore the item will get lost again. Also the phone number they have listed is disconnected. I know they have received my Facebook message as it shows as seen. To the Fy company can you please respond to any of my messages so I can arrange a refund of the first item I never received and get an update on the second item I ordered to replace the one that is missing. J

After many attempts, manage to place my order for 1 print on the 23/6/2019 to check out the quality, with the intention of ordering 4 more on the same theme. Money went out of the bank within an hour. Then NOTHING!!! No confirmation of order, no delivery information, unable to find my order, no comeback on enquiries. NOTHING!!! I should have realised with the odd ordering system. Okay no basket, and where is the checkout you mention!!

Ordered a phone case on 8/6 have repeatedly emailed asking where it is. No has even bothered replying. Appalling customer service infact no customer service at all. We be claiming my money back. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a print a week ago, but it hasn't shipped yet. I have followed up via email and facebook messenger but haven't gotten a response. They publish their shipping times as 1-2 days, and emphasize their responsiveness as part of their marketing technique. Since I discovered them off of an instagram ad, and it seems like everything out there is a scam these days, can anyone confirm that this company is legit? Will I ever receive my print or did I just blow $40 on a fake app?

I ordered something from Fy’s website which I am still waiting from. The dispatch status states it is still being prepared for shipment in spite of other items ordered at a later date being shipped. Payment has been taken and I have emailed them three times for an update but have received no response, therefore not particularly impressed.
