Ordered framed picture on Dec 15th, PROMISED it would arrive in time for Christmas, on Christmas Eve receive an email saying; Good News, your item is on its way should be with you in a FEW DAYS! So, obviously, I'm not going to receive this today to give my daughter tomorrow - Thank you FY for your appalling service

Hi there, we're so sorry you had this experience! We regret that this order didn't make it in time for Christmas as that is definitely very disappointing. Unfortunately, our printer had some unforeseen technical difficulties. Awful awful awful. Sign up discount didn't work. I have to email twice before I get a response. This takes 2 days. My delivery got stuck but ask they did was to tell me what was on the tracking information. I. Can do this myself. No attempt to sort it out. Nothing to help me. I have been waiting 7 days for my chair and it is still in the dispatch warehouse. I don't know when the delivery will happen but I will surely miss it as I will be on holiday

The item took three weeks to be delivered, when delivery within 1-2 days was promised. I could forgive this given that they took on a bit much with black Friday sales. However, the print came all the way from the Netherlands when I thought it was from Berlin, which seems very unnecessary. Worst of all, the print has terrible quality. I just expected your average poster print quality, nothing fancy. But it looks like my old brother printer printed it! Won't order any prints again. On a positive note : I did like the necklace I also ordered!

I was sent the wrong item. After writing to FY, I was contacted after their 24 hour promise to be told that they are waiting for a response from the seller. Over a week later, I have heard nothing. I wrote to them again almost 2 days ago and I have had no response. I have to admit, FY is a great website with great products. This was my first order and I was sure that I would order from them quite a lot. Shame they fell at the first hurdle.

My order never arrived. I then asked for a reshipment and a tracking link, but so far nothing has been reshipped and I have also not received a refund

I have been waiting for a missing print for 2 months. You don't even respond to my emails now. I spent iver £100 on prints. Your service is appalling!!

My tube with my print arrived empty and they never responded to my email about not receiving my print. To this day I paid for a product that was never received. They failed to pack my print in the tube. NOONE RESPONDED TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. Beware

It's such a shame to write a poor review and it is beautiful artwork, however the customer service is seriously lacking. I returned a parcel and as soon as it was signed for I have heard nothing from the company regarding my refund. I have sent 10 emails and numerous messages on Facebook messenger to no reply. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

Worst customer service EVER. I wanted an unframed print, but the website only gave me the option to have it framed. I emailed customer service about it and they said it was a mistake and it would be fixed in 1-3 days. 5 days went by and they still didn't fix it so I emailed again. They said 3-5 days. It never got fixed. I emailed them another 4 times, each time they said it would be fixed. When they finally fixed it, guess what. The print was out of stock. I wasted more than a month on this company when I should have gone somewhere else from the start. Don't bother people!

Mind-blowingly bad user experience on the website. You can only buy 1 item at a time (for some reason they think its clever to get rid of an online shopping basket - my advice is don't re-invent the wheel, there is a use and reason for it!!!). Terribly slow customer service. I contacted them multiple times via email as there was no way for me to update an incorrect address I entered. Items therefore sent to the wrong address despite my efforts to get it re-directed. 1 item is still completely missing after more than 2 weeks. A hassle to get return labels that you have to email and ask for! Lovely items but in short, if you want a hassle free shopping experience and effective customer service then AVOID!

Worst service ever, they made me wait for weeks to find out where my order was, then they said it was a mistake and that they will send it again after almost a month and yesterday they said the product is out of stock and that I can try to buy it next week. Totally unnacceptable!!!!

I’m trying to cancel an order that I mistakenly ordered twice. No way to click and cancel an order online at all. Very basic shopping payment experience. No customer number just an email. No response at all today from Them. Sent 3 emails so far.......this app won’t let me rate customer service as poor??!

I ordered an item 4 weeks ago via the app and still haven't received my order, the customer service seems unable to sort out this matter and are not very forthcoming in solving this issue and ensure customer satisfaction. I will never order with them again and deeply discourage anyone from taking up their services.

Awful customer service. They have a chatbox bubble on the website to make it seem like they're there to help you, but I think they added it for aesthetic purposes. I ordered two pictures from the website listed at $20 each, but the size I wanted came to around $30. I got the frame too so they came up to $80 each. I figured Oh, $50 frame, it should be decent. No. Not at all!! The frame is plastic! The picture looks faded. And I have no idea where my other picture is because they don't provide tracking information. Mind you, I placed my order over 2 weeks ago! I stated this when I left them a 4 star review on their website. Immediately after I submitted the review I received an apology and given a 50% off coupon. They said the coupon was added to my account so there was no actual coupon code. I figured whatever, doesn't hurt to give them a second chance. Maybe I'll just get another picture with no frame. So I go to the website, and I go right over to my loved photos. There was one I really liked but when I went to it, it didn't list the size I wanted. I clicked NEXT to see if I could change the size of the picture and the following screen said THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE. Bitchhhhh I never gave this website permission to keep my card information. They don't even allow you to change your actual ACCOUNT information. If you click on ACCOUNT on the website it takes you to you loved photos. -_____- UGH this website is irritating my soul. What makes me even more mad is the item i just bought on accident wasn't even %50 OFF!! >:(

Why is there no way to contact customer service for this company? I placed my order a week ago. No shipment info is provided and there is no way to find out the status. Concerned about this whether this company is a scam or not.

I have waited a month to get a refund on postage - its a STUPID system, you have to send them the receipt from the postage and then they refund you - not on the credit card you paid with but to your bank. They have no phone number you can call and most of the time their customer service as an Out of Office on. Pathetic level of customer service - and i am STILL waiting for the refund. If anyone knows if there is anyone in this organisation you can write to i would be very grateful
