I ordered a print at A1 size and it was VERY pixelated. The paper is good quality and after my item was a week late - the customer service was good - but unfortunately, at the end of the day, it's the print that counts and that really doesn't stand up. Shame, they have some good designs.

Still waiting for my sunglasss that I ordered back on 6th September and it’s now 23rd October.. haven’t had great customer care at all. Not good experience to rectify the problem

Wrong sized print sent out to me so they said correct size would be reswnt. Never received it, so they said they would resend it again. Still no print. Turns out they never resent it and tried to blame it on me not being home to receive it from the courier which is rubbish as I work from home and it never came. I got a refund but not happy as keep getting fobbed off and the print was supposed to be a gift.

I ordered a product 14 days ago. My credit card was debited immediately and I still have not yet received my purchase. Very dissatisfied customer

I ordered two items from Fy, the first was immediately cancelled by Fy because it was out of stock (despite me being able to complete the order and payment process) and the second arrived only to be completely wrong! I then had to arrange to return the incorrect item and Fy has still not reimbursed me for the postage. It has been an utter shambles and I am now out of pocket!

While I generally am very keen on the products offered by Fy, and am often very tempted to make a purchase I refuse to do so due to my single bad experience with the company: I purchased something online a couple of weeks before Christmas as a gift for a family member. The payment went through and u received an email saying it would be delivered within a certain amount of days, which I was happy with. The item never arrived and it was close to New Year's Day when I finally received an email telling me it was out of stock and I had been reimbursed. By then I had already gone through the embarrassment of not having a gift at the time I needed it. All I was offered in compensation was "sorry", not even a token voucher (even £5 would have been something!!) as compensation. Highly unprofessional, unreliable and lousy customer service. I even voiced this at the time and still had no response. Never again.

I placed an order ages ago, waited a long time, then it turned out it wasn't in stock and so I was just refunded but without any notification. Surprised it has taken you this long to ask / notice.
