Ordered a $47 painting a week ago. I haven't received a shipping information/confirmation/ estimated date. I tried contacting them through live chat, email, forms but haven't received any reply. I see similar reviews on which fy team has replied with a "we followed up". I doubt they followed up but I hope I am wrong.

Ordered three things more than a week ago, got one update on a delay of a month, on the other two things I haven't heard anything. The page claims delivery of one to two days. Bold claims and no trustworthiness.

Be careful of this company. I received the product (Apple MacBook Pro case), and I did not like it. I emailed customer service a few days ago asking for details on how and where to return (including my order number). They have never answered. I guess they're waiting for my 28 days to expire, so they can say they cannot accept it.

I truly believe I have been scammed for 150 euros . I paid my money I got a confirmation but one week on no tracking no replies to daily emails no telephone contact available. It’s a very well organized scam as the app really fools you into thinking you are genuinely buying something from a good source .

Terrible experience. We spent over $200 on prints and it has been 9 days now and the order has still not been shipped. I reached out to customer service after 5 days and they wrote a response stating ‘they are experiencing a high volume of enquiries and someone will get back to me shortly’. It’s been 9 days and still no response or dispatch of our items so today I sent an email requesting a refund. Disappointing to say the least. I’m not sure if it’s a legit website- even after doing my research!

Very disappointed in the customer service. I paid $275 for a huge framed print of the ocean and unfortunately it arrived damaged in multiple places. The box was completely destroyed and the frame was cracked. It has been over 2 weeks and still no solid answer about a replacement/refund. Hate to leave a bad review but don't know what else to do. As soon as I saw the damage, I reached out to customer service via Live Chat and received a response 4 days later. They asked for images of the damage, which i sent back right away. Another few days passed and they reached out asking for more images. i replied right away, again, and still have not heard back. I've followed up 3x in the live chat and even sent 2 emails to the help team. Still nothing. I was so excited for my print and paid a lot of money for it. Hopefully i will hear from the team soon

Really terrible experience so far, ordered two items over a month ago and it has been a complete shambles. Firstly instead of taking 10-12 days as promised on their website it has taken a month for ONE item to be delivered, the second item was shipped to Singapore but then returned to Australia as Fy had not paid the correct postage. Now I am getting no replies to emails and so have no idea if I’ll receive my second item, and if so when!

Terrible 1st experience! I purchased 3 prints over a week ago and their website states they ship within 1-3 days. Sent customer service an email to get a status update and NO RESPONSE. Website also states they respond within 24 hours, which has also not been the case. I have now sent 2 emails.

I placed an order for my partners birthday present in February and entered the address (which it allowed me to do) as a PO Box. Fy then followed up with an email requesting a street address which is sent through on 24 February. I was then sent the same email again, which i replied to by forwarding my last response and AGAIN providing my street address. I am still yet to receive anything and have not received any correspondence. Since this time i have sent a facebook message and a further 2 emails which is very frustrating considering i received an email soon after purchase stating it was 'shipped'. My partners birthday has clearly been and gone and this has now become a joke about the fantasy birthday present... At the very least, please respond to emails. I understand that businesses go through busy periods but nearly 4 weeks is not acceptable.

I have ordered two prints from Fy. The first was great and nothing was wrong, so I ordered a second 28x40 framed print. The frame came damaged in multiple places and it appears the frame wasnt even put on correctly. I reached out to Fy 2 days ago via app and email and have received no response at all. This is very frustrating. I do not know if I am supposed to return it or keep the print and they will send a new frame. HELP!

I still have had no response and my order has not been delivered. The money was taken from my account 04/02/19 and still no refund. This is outrageous customer service. Can someone let me know what is going on ASAP?

I ordered an expensive rug that, according to the product information on the website, would be delivered in 3-5 days. First, the 15% new customer discount offered didn't go through at checkout and I was charged full price. After contacting customer service and getting placeholder messages to apologise for the delay in responding due to 'busy period after Christmas and New Years', I did receive a refund of the discounted portion of the charge. And then nothing. After about 2 weeks I emailed customer service to find out when my parcel would be delivered. They sent me a tracking link for the French DPD site, which just said 'parcel being routed' over and over each day, with no attempted delivery or other information. I tried to track the parcel on the DPD UK site but 'no results found'. 3 weeks and many emails to customer service later (having to wait several days to get a response to each one), the tracking information is now showing the item as having been delivered this afternoon...except it HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. Not to me, anyway. The delivery address I provided was correct and I've been home all day, and no notice has been posted through my letterbox, so who knows where my item has ended up. I've asked to cancel my order and let's hope Fy eventually come through with a refund. Needless to say I won't be shopping here again. What a frustrating experience.

I have Ordered 8 different Posters from this company on 30/12/18.... We have now been waiting 16 days with no updates since 08-01 from the track and trace code, trying to contact the customer care also no reaction withing the promised 24 hours. Spend almost 200 euro's for this and not even the slightest idea where everything is. After looking I found a number that is not in use, and the live chat is something that is still a mystery to me.

The print I received was poorly cut which led to the top left half of the print missing and no border. I emailed the company but have received no reply.

Ordered framed picture on Dec 15th, PROMISED it would arrive in time for Christmas, on Christmas Eve receive an email saying; Good News, your item is on its way should be with you in a FEW DAYS! So, obviously, I'm not going to receive this today to give my daughter tomorrow - Thank you FY for your appalling service

Awful awful awful. Sign up discount didn't work. I have to email twice before I get a response. This takes 2 days. My delivery got stuck but ask they did was to tell me what was on the tracking information. I. Can do this myself. No attempt to sort it out. Nothing to help me. I have been waiting 7 days for my chair and it is still in the dispatch warehouse. I don't know when the delivery will happen but I will surely miss it as I will be on holiday

The item took three weeks to be delivered, when delivery within 1-2 days was promised. I could forgive this given that they took on a bit much with black Friday sales. However, the print came all the way from the Netherlands when I thought it was from Berlin, which seems very unnecessary. Worst of all, the print has terrible quality. I just expected your average poster print quality, nothing fancy. But it looks like my old brother printer printed it! Won't order any prints again. On a positive note : I did like the necklace I also ordered!
