“While I generally am very keen on the products offered by Fy, and am often very tempted to make a purchase I refuse to do so due to my single bad experience with the company: I purchased something online a couple of weeks before Christmas as a gift for a family member. The payment went through and u received an email saying it would be delivered within a certain amount of days, which I was happy with. The item never arrived and it was close to New Year's Day when I finally received an email telling me it was out of stock and I had been reimbursed. By then I had already gone through the embarrassment of not having a gift at the time I needed it. All I was offered in compensation was "sorry", not even a token voucher (even £5 would have been something!!) as compensation. Highly unprofessional, unreliable and lousy customer service. I even voiced this at the time and still had no response. Never again.”

“The ship was fast, and the product is 100% accurate to the descriptions. The whole package was in a shiny trippy envelope what my girlfriend absolutly loved it, and every other girl who saw it. :)”

“The app I bought I through had lots of bugs and kept shutting down when I made the purchase. As a result, I didn't feel like my money was in safe hands and did not feel comfortable with the purchase. Add to this that the purchase to a very long time to arrive did not add to any feeling of safety. It did arrive eventually but compared to other online purchases I have made (which is a lot), it could have been a lot quicker. I had also seen advertisements of FY on Facebook with different discount offers but when you can't find the code. All of these things together makes me feel very adomant to buying more things through FY unfortunately.”

“Unfortunately, the item I purchased was not as pictured - Fy had accidentally uploaded an image that depicted my necklace as at least double the size it was. I reported this and was refunded, although the image on the website wasn't altered. However the service was good and the mistake was acknowledged. I'd advise that more action should have been taken to ensure that other customers weren't disappointed.”

“Fy is great :) It's got a range of unique and quirky products. I've had a few watches from Fy that I love, and always get asked where they're from. It's great if your looking for original gift ideas. The app is very easy to use, and I've received free shipping on everything I've ordered thus far, which is a bonus! And they quite often have % off offers on many products, although great value at full price too. Fast deliveries, and very well packaged. Checkout is super quick and easy, although I do think it could do with not being so quick and easy (a five year old could purchase something without realising)”
