“I ordered two items from Fy, the first was immediately cancelled by Fy because it was out of stock (despite me being able to complete the order and payment process) and the second arrived only to be completely wrong! I then had to arrange to return the incorrect item and Fy has still not reimbursed me for the postage. It has been an utter shambles and I am now out of pocket!”

“I think the earrings are very expensive for what they are. It also advertised the earrings as 3 pairs and I only received 3 earrings, not 3 pairs. It does not make it clear on the website how many earrings you are actually ordering.”

“Fy is easy to use and full of great stuff at tolerable prices. I must say that the delivery took some time, but this is for the reason Estonia is in a middle of nowhere so things ship longer here. No problem :)”

“I love the rings you sell. I bought one recently that was a beautiful rise quarts, but unfortunately it broke after about 20 minutes of wearing it. The metal rod wasn't strong enough as it broke.”
