“Fy is easy to use and full of great stuff at tolerable prices. I must say that the delivery took some time, but this is for the reason Estonia is in a middle of nowhere so things ship longer here. No problem :)”

“I love the rings you sell. I bought one recently that was a beautiful rise quarts, but unfortunately it broke after about 20 minutes of wearing it. The metal rod wasn't strong enough as it broke.”

“While I generally am very keen on the products offered by Fy, and am often very tempted to make a purchase I refuse to do so due to my single bad experience with the company: I purchased something online a couple of weeks before Christmas as a gift for a family member. The payment went through and u received an email saying it would be delivered within a certain amount of days, which I was happy with. The item never arrived and it was close to New Year's Day when I finally received an email telling me it was out of stock and I had been reimbursed. By then I had already gone through the embarrassment of not having a gift at the time I needed it. All I was offered in compensation was "sorry", not even a token voucher (even £5 would have been something!!) as compensation. Highly unprofessional, unreliable and lousy customer service. I even voiced this at the time and still had no response. Never again.”
