“Fast&Friendly!”

“I am still waiting after nearly a month for a set of shelves to be delivered. Fy took 2.5 days to respond to my first message, and after another week passed, I sent another email. I have been waiting 4 days for a response to this email and have received no update on my missing parcel. I feel like I have wasted nearly €200 and I will take the matter further. Fy customer service is extremely poor - Beware!”

“Print is perfect. Also, the first one came with a dent due to UPS handling. When i contacted them, they offered me refund or reship free of charge.”

“i ordered 3 prints but unfortunately i ordered the wrong size. I have emailed them 3 times requesting a return label and apart from the standard "we reply to emails in the order we receive them" i am yet to receive the label required. Not impressed with the customer service at all and will not be using in the future.”

“Order 3 times before and had no problem. However the 4th time I’ve ordered a print and it’s still being prepared for shipment!! Said it would be delivered within 3-5 I ordered over 9 days ago!!!!”

“Excellent service. I wanted to purchase two rugs that were out of stock. I left a message and on the reply the person said I would be contacted when the rugs were back in stock. I received an email this morning to say the rugs were back in stock and I bought at sale price despite the fact the sale had ended. Very impressive customer service. I will use Fy again and recommend to friends.”

“I ordered 8 framed prints from The Netherlands and received them just within 2 days. The prints are awesome! Meanwhile I had some questions about them which were all answered in great caution and detail. By mistake I ordered one extra frame and the refund was processed right away. Thank you Fy Team for your help!”
