“Starting to understand the bad reviews on here and trustpilot. I ordered a print earlier this month and was really happy with it and the prompt delivery. Second time around when I ordered 72 euros worth of prints, not so lucky. The tracking information has been saying for the last week that it was unable to make delivery (no attempt has been made to my office, it mentions An Post and An Post leave a slip through the door if they attempt to deliver) and is being processed as a return?! I really just want the prints that I've paid for at this stage, haven't had much luck with getting a response from customer service, have sent two emails (live chat doesn't appear to be an option). Hoping this will be resolved, and that it can be turned around into a positive review. It's a shame as I was really happy with the first print, and wanted more from the artist.”

Unfortunately, An Post didn't give a reason for the return to sender but I can assure you we're now looking into it and we will get your prints to you. “Fantastic products! I bought two gorgeous prints for my daughter’s room and loved them so much we ordered another. When I had entered an incorrect delivery address customer service were able to fix it immediately for me. Will definitely be shopping here again!”
