“I wanted a personalised love heart necklace but could only see 2 hearts and wanted 3 with names on them. I emailed my request and got a response very quickly it was no trouble adding a 3rd heart, i received the necklace within days good quality. The names were done well on the hearts. Definately use this company again.”

“Amazing collection of artworks for all tastes. Really happy with the variety here. Print quality is great and the ordering process is easy. What I love a lot is how lightweight the frames are. I ordered some pretty big sizes and was worried I'd have to use some really heavy weight nails or if the dry wall was enough to hold them up. But that's not the case. There was a little bit of a delay with part of the order. It was mysteriously delayed at UPS but FY customer service got back to me really fast over email and promptly communicated to me what the shipping status is. I got my orders within couple days of the first communication with them. Would recommend.”

“I made an order on Friday 17th May. On the 18th i got an email saying my order was shipped. It is now Wednesday 22nd may and I have not received my order. When I try to track my order it tells me my number is invalid and I have contacted aft and have had no response.”

“Be careful of this company. I received the product (Apple MacBook Pro case), and I did not like it. I emailed customer service a few days ago asking for details on how and where to return (including my order number). They have never answered. I guess they're waiting for my 28 days to expire, so they can say they cannot accept it.”
