"I would not buy anything again from this company. It\u2019s a shame there is no facility to add photos. I bought 2 holly trees (advertised as 80cm-1m. The picture shows a bushy lovely tree but what I received was nothing like it. I complained about the size and that is had been hacked they asked me to send proof of the size. Which I did and then they said there could be a 20% tolerance in the size. They are rude to deal with and their customer service is appalling. They asked me to send them back at my own expense even though they were substandard."

"Diseased tree eventually delivered\r\nOrdered a peach tree. Delivery took a month and I was ignored when I messaged Gardening Express to ask about my delivery. When my tree arrived it had eaten leaves and was diseased. I have complained but they want more photos and don't want to rectify the problem.\r\nBuyer beware. Don't expect a good customer experience."
