“Never received order or refund constantly being ignored”

“Spent over £40 on plants . All but 1 was totally dead on arrival ( which took over 2 weeks) The clematis were just dead sticks in the soil Have now sent them 4 emails and still had no reply whatsoever. Total waste of money . Definitely stick with your local garden centre”

“Do not use this company still waiting after three weeks for order . If you cannot contact a company by any sensible means such as a telephone number or an email that is actually responded to do not trust them with you cash . Funds should only leave your account when your order has been dispatched. Never replied .”

“I have waited 15 days so far for delivery of plants they have no contact numbers emails etc, they have zero customer care, seem to be a bad business element involved in this company, this company will fail when pandemic is over ,as customers will not return, shape up and do what you are paid to do, bought plants elsewhere delivered in 5days.”

“Ordered plants on 3rd April still no sign of them no phone contacts no answer to loads of emails I've tried to cancel the order no response except automated replies it says you can cancel orders online website is dreadful if there is a cancel button it's not easy to find dreadful customer service now trying to get a charge back on my credit card will not use again”

“Ordered on 07/04, still waiting on 26/04. No customer service you just raise a ticket and get a standard email saying it can take up to 15 days. Will it’s been 19 and counting. Took my money right away beginning to feel I’ve been scammed”

“Don't buy from this company, they sold me a dead bare rooted tree and now won't respond to the tickets other than to delete them without any contact, the 5 year guarantee is worthless. IMO Scammers, you owe me £45 Garden Express”

“Long delivery of 14 days, but my account was debited immediately. Plant is definitely NOT what was described. It was so small I couldn’t stop laughing. I purchased one from my local Home Bargains for £5.00 which is almost as big and didn’t cost over £60.00. Plus it was delivered by our local taxi firm, not Hermes.”

“Paid 19.99 for a clematis that should have been supplied attached to a trellis and full of bud, actually supplied with half dead twig. Pair of standard roses were so shocking, really unbelievable. See photos”

“Plants arrived looking terrible. Informed them online and am still waiting for an answer. Should have known better as plants ordered last year arrived in very poor condition. Informed and was told they would be fine. One of five has survived. Won't be buying from them again.”
