DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE-Exactly the same experience all other customers below are saying , rubbish products, poor quality, tiny samples, broken -all dead within weeks. And like the other guy said-they are all over you when ordering then ignore all requests for refunds. Pathetic and immoral way to "run" a business.Cant be bothered to add photos-just know they're all rubbish!

One star no communication , tickets system no one answers. I am a lucky one I at least got plants delivered. A peach instead of a cherry. Over eight weeks late as a wedding anniversary present . Please no not buy off this company!!!!!!!

Abysmal. As far as I know it could be a scam. They take your money, and the plants never arrive. Then there's no way to contact them. Don't throw your money away.

Have emailed them 3 x and no response, I would like a refund as my order has been sooooo delayed, if a company can’t cope don’t take people money Steer clear people steer clear

Hi no future customers of Garden Express It is all bad news The director name is Christopher Denis Bonnett DOB October 1981 Address: Pieces Cottage, Mashbury Road Chelmsford CM14UA He has a few telephone number but not of them are active He is director of 12 companies please see the gov.com companies house by adding his name. HMRC are owner most of his assets

Rubbish. Ordered 3 months ago. Have received half the order. But by the time they'd arrived they had finished flowering. Still waiting for 3. No response from company. Have had to take issue up with credit card. Dont bother.

I made a complaint on the 26th may, still waiting for you to respond. I ordered 2 x10 hosta plants, what I received 4 weeks later was 2 bags of compost with dormant roots, they cost was £30 plus postage. JUST DISGUSTING. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT, ITS THE PRINCIPLE, IT MAY BE ONLY £30, BUT ITS MY £30.

Waited six weeks for my plants, no follow up communication and when arrived two of the lupins ordered are literally stalks!!! Disgusting service and quality, I would highly recommend NOT to use this company and I will never use again or recommend to anyone - TOTAL USELESS! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Don't buy from them! I waited 2 months for my plants to be delivered and when I did I only got half my order. They owe me money and I've been chasing them for over 2 weeks about it now and they are just stalling and taking as long as they can. They used to reply within 2 days when I contacted them about the delivery, but now that I am due a refund they are just ignoring me. Avoid them. The plants that I did get weren't even in good condition anyway. Awful all round.

Over 7 weeks to receive just part of the order. The plants are tiny and not worth the money. Some of the plants are damaged and were rammed into a box. Poor quality product and poor customer service often not even responding.

I would never order through this company again, the plants arrived damaged and they refuse to refund the £50 I spent. They have told me I should wait another season to see if they flower! Very very poor customer service - avoid at all costs.

My plants took 11 weeks from point of order to arrive. Customer services and communication were shocking throughout with no one responding to help tickets and no other available method of making contact. Despite advertising at the time of order that stock was put aside and the plants that I had ordered we definitely available, one item was missing from my delivery, with no communication as to why, or when I might hope to receive it. One of my plants, an acer, when delivered had obviously been neglected at the nursery during the hot weather, and as a result has blackened, shrivelled leaves showing drought or wind damage. Plants not worth the money, customer services not worth the 1 star rating Frankly, when you received the amount of order you did over the month of April, you SHOULD have shut your order book to allow you to fulfil the orders you already had. It is highly objectionable that you continued to take money from customers, despite knowing full well you were unable to fulfil them within a reasonable time frame. This behaviour makes you not better than greedy crooks. Avoid. I will never buy from them again.

A truly dreadful company. Ordered three plants for my own garden( I am a self employed professional gardener.) Plants were delayed but I totally understood the reasons why. However when these weeds turned up I was shocked. What a disappointment and a total joke. Communication is non existant. I have now decided to go through the small claims court process(very easy to do) to recover my money. I hate being ripped off even if it is for just £38. Stay well clear and visit your local garden centre and support someone where you can see what your buying!!!

Terrible experience with Gardening express. It took around 5 weeks for my plants to be delivered, only to receive two boxes of dead and broken plants that looked like they’d been picked from a graveyard bin! They used a box that was much too shallow and literally bent my plants in half to enable the box to close. I sent all items back to them and I am still waiting for a refund. They have shut down all forms of communication and when I attempt to contact them via their Facebook page, my comments are deleted by them.

DO NOT USE - An order was placed with Gardening Express on 11 June 2020. On June 22nd having no correspondence as to when the delivery would be received I wrote to cancel the order and requested to credit my credit card no goods had been received and the plants were no longer required due to the delays. Any respectable company would do this as they would not charge the customer’s card without shipment. Having ordered plenty of items online this is normal practice. The Company wrote on June 23rd saying the order had already been shipped and later the same day an email was received saying the order was still being processed, so one knew the previous communication was a fabrication. The same day an email was sent to the company requesting a copy of the despatch note which was not provided as it didn’t exist. On June 24th a message was received that part of the order was delayed and no timeframe of expected delivery even though a message was written cancelling the order. Then late on June 24th a notification was received that part of the order had been shipped with the courier Yodel. On June 27th a parcel from Yodel was received which was literally dumped on the doorstep (nothing to sign as to whether the goods were in good condition or not), the packaging on the outside was crushed in two places. From the state of the packaging it seems the package was thrown into the van and not handled with care. On inspection the plants were dried out and half dead, the two of the three plant pots were smashed they are not useable. The plant leaves were shrivelled up and are of such standard they are only fit for the garbage bin. Appalled with this Company is an understatement, there is no customer service, there is no Customer is always right attitude and focus and with this attitude the Company will not survive. This will be taken up with the credit card company, demanding a charge back as your company have taken monies from customers without shipment of goods and goods which are not fit for purpose. As I’m afraid you cannot speak with anyone and it is unlikely your correspondence will be dealt with as there are too many complaints. The marking this company as a * 1 star is a joke, but you cannot vote any lower on here.

Absolutely appalling service and unable to return my dreadful plants for a refund as they cannot be contacted . It's obvious that their Facebook page has false comments because it is probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Don't buy from them!,

I was promised max 15 days delivery. I placed my order on 15th April. On 6th May I've raised 1st ticket asking for a full refund – no answer. 13th May – 2nd ticket asking for a full refund as terms of delivery has been broken – no answer. 26th of June - 2 boxes with part of the order were delivered, some plants in one box were packed upside down and arrived with broken, brown or yellow leaves. One plant is still missing. On 26th of June I raised 3rd ticket. Today is 02nd July and still no answers, no missing plant, no refund...
