“Axa was a lot cheaper than most other insurers and was able get a quotation that I required satisfactory.I recently changed my car and even got a small rebate from them.Providing they keep my premium low I wil be insuring with Axa again on renewal of my policy.”

“Very good but would not let me change my insurance over to a 2 litre because of my age I have no points and a full hgv licence but not aloud to drive a 2 litre, not happy with it at all can not wait to finish my year with them”

“This was the best value policy that met my needs (someone other than the policyholder to be the main driver). Taking out the insurance was a user-friendly experience. All of the documentation was supplied by email, and was very clear. Fortunately (from my perspective), I haven't had to make any claims, so I'm unable to comment on how efficiently AXA handle claims.”

“Generally I am satisfied, but there is a real big problem. I cannot insure my daughter as a temporary driver because she's not resident in the UK. My daughter lives abroad and comes over only occasionally but she needs to drive my car. I'll probably change insurance company because of this.”
