“It's about time Axa changed its policy about being in an accident with an uninsured driver.This happened to me in the past and I lost my no claims bonus and the excess on my policy even though I had all the drivers details and the accident was not my fault. I also had fully comprehensive insurance. I changed my insurance company after this.”

“Axa has very competitive prices. Everything is done online which I guess helps keep costs down. It helps to be IT literate to navigate the website, but I do believe there is a phone line back up if you have details. I have not made any claims so I don't know how they are in that department. Overall the service they provide is good if you want basic cover at a good price.”

“Axa was a lot cheaper than most other insurers and was able get a quotation that I required satisfactory.I recently changed my car and even got a small rebate from them.Providing they keep my premium low I wil be insuring with Axa again on renewal of my policy.”

“Very good but would not let me change my insurance over to a 2 litre because of my age I have no points and a full hgv licence but not aloud to drive a 2 litre, not happy with it at all can not wait to finish my year with them”

“Very poor way to treat customers dodge at any opportunity much better out there, they provide a service "not good "but required ! But the user keeps them in jobs!!!!!!”
