“Excellent price .”

“After a non fault accident Dial Direct were excellent. Because it happens during lockdown (I was visiting my elderly mother). Everything was done by telephone from form filling and checking to see if I suffered any injury (fortunately none). My car was a write-off and the settlement was very good. I have since taken out Home contents and Building Insurance with them. Every monthly payment I make they send me confirmation by email. Thanks Dial Direct.”

“Sad to say, as most people would, it is far from a pleasant experience to be involved in a car accident, I don`t think mine could have been handled any better than it has been by Dial Direct and its partners. So much so that talking with friends about my situation, they were also very impressed, to the effect that a couple are thinking of changing Insurers!!”
