After 3 days of house breaking that is when the assessor came to assess the damages 1.The was no sense of urgency as I mentioned that my door was chopped instead they send a security not someone to attend to an emergency and fix the door for us to be able to lock and be secured but we were supposed to spend 3 nights without the door. 2.Kagiso Namane Mogale never show any sense of urgency and he kept on telling me about other people who claims things that they don't have. I don't know if I'm other people I need clarity from him. 3.My kids lost their new shoes, accessories and a lot more other things now tell me how do I replace all those items from this pay out??? This is honestly unfair that we are expected to downgrade from the items lost all in the name of DIAL DIRECT INSURANCE. Where do my best interests lie as your client?? Please ensure that this mess is fixed with immediate effect as I will now resort to the measures of escalating this matter further to the Ombudsman.

Upto date they've not gotten back to me after contacting them, yet on the phone as they couldn't solve my issue, l was promised a call back and no one bothered.

I tried to change my existing insurance to a new vehicle and the new price quoted me was almost doube what I was already paying. This seems foolish to me that you do this for an existing customer. I declined your offer and took out insurance with one of your competitors for £200 less than you could offer me. Perhaps you should make this sort of change in insurance alot cheaper if you want loyalty from your customers

Terrible that my car insurance doubled without my consent. I have been sick, so unable to receive emails. Next thing I know my bank account indicates that my car insurance cost has doubled. I phone up, no manager to talk to , told I could go ahead and cancel anyway and not pay and argue it out with the finance team. I didn't think that would put me in a good legal footing so I'm waiting for a call back on Monday. I am not going pay for cancelling a policy i did not agree to. Automatic renewal of insurance for customers who are sick is not moral, in fact automatic renewal is stealing with the justification of 'we did email you, it says in the clause of your policy.' No one spoke to me, I did not consent. Insurance companies should be held accountable for making rules that suit their pockets but not their clients. It's white collar theft.

They automatically renewed car policy without delivering the renewal notice. They notified me that they just charged my credit card almost twice the price the year before. They claimed they emailed me the renewal letter that I have never received. Keeping the credit card details and use it again a year later without my consent is illegal as far as I am aware. I would never agree to anyone to keep my credit card details.

Simply put- the huge price increase. My policy rose by around 20%. Inflation is running far lower than this, shop, fuel, cars, houses, clothing, house insurance aling with many other things are rising nowhere near 20%. So the explanation I recieved about insurance costs rising due to increased costs just doesnt add up: 20% increase is way over the inflation rate. My son has recently renewed his car insurance and found a deal matching his previous years cost. Dial Direct are not charging a fair amount. I wont renew next time unless I recieve a significant decrease or some form of refund.

Revived a letter stating they are unable to give a quote on house insurance for renewal. Nothing has changed , no claims made .Basically poor customer service actually no customer service as no renewal😡😡😡

Autorenewal email went to spam, forgot about upcoming date to renew. Premium went up from £184 to £270. Called on the day when new insurance started. Being charged £30 cancellation fee. I won't ever come back.

Not happy my insurance shot up by nearly £30.00 this year. If I had seen the new quote before the instalment was taken out I would have cancelled and looked elsewhere. I will not be renewing with your company next year.

I wanted to add a 2010 KA using exact same criteria to my policy for which l had been charged £209 pa for a 2010 corsa. I was told it would cost £370 to do so and that this was the best price although the agent didn’t know why it was expensive… Well me neither!!

Added a new driver to existing policy then went away on hols. They cancelled my policy with 2 hours notice as I didn't' give them the info they wrote to me about I was away so did not get letter no emails or telephone calls in between would never use this company again no common sense had been wither for years.

I rang dd was put through to a 3rd party a woman who sounded vague and in fact maybe outdoors wo couldn't say whether I was covered for items in my car. She went off the line for ages then finally said she would arrange somebody to call me back. A week later I rang again to be told NO I couldn't claim. Not good !!!

My insurance has shot up from £258 last year to nearly My insurance has rocketed from £258 last year to nearly £700 this year, simply because I have changed my car. Just about everything is the same except that the car is a Seat and a year or two younger. This is a disgrace and I should like you to remind me of the charges for cancelling my policy as I have several far cheaper quotes.

My experience thus far in trying to sort things out after an accident has been nothing short of comical, as well as incredibly stressful and frustrating. I have had to go through the details of what happened three times with three different people, being passed around between Premier Insurance, Budget Insurance, Davies Group, repair management teams, claims teams etc. It is an absolute joke. I have been cut off by two different people just this morning. I am waiting for somebody to contact me to make arrangements to evaluate my car, take it to a garage. Nobody is helping me, they just pass me onto somebody else. Absolutely appalling experience.
