“Phoned re insurance renewal quote and without any expected hassle price brought down to same as previous year. First time that has happened in similar situations with other insurers, they are usually only interest in new business not providing a service to retain present customers. Dial Direct were first class and have no hesitation in recommending them to others”

“Extremely good customer service I had my boiler stopped working when I called the response was very good and quick I am impressed with the service that’s why I stayed with them same last year I had couple of issues my toilet wasn’t flushing they came and fixed it I am well impressed I will stay with them”
