I have never known a company where you cannot speak to someone in person. I am having trouble accessing my details online and no matter how I try I cannot get to speak to anyone. This is not good customer service MB from Leeds

Stupid policy with no claims. You can't use the years on more than one policy.

It's been two weeks since their policy holder crashed into me and still nothing! I've been on hold 6 times for between 25-35 minutes and there's been no answer. Also no reply to my emails! I finally got through today to be told they hadn't even started the process and so it would take a further two days for the process to be started. Very poor service and has left me without a car for two weeks already, God knows how much longer it's going to take now

Looked like a decent price but the service after an accident has been awful. No reply to emails. Found a landline number to ring them to avoid premium rate number they give you. Still not resolved claim after two months and much chasing. Buy cheap, get cheap. Never again. Definitely not recommended.

Very poor service. I insured with them and sent proof of my ncd. And was told they couldn't accept it. I have a car i use for work and a family car but according to G&A i can only use ncd on one car. So my insurance went from £240 to £670. I then cancelled within the 14 days and was charged £26. Disguised is an understatement.

From the outset treated with distain, wouldn't accept my NCD until I called to ask why not! No apology, no respect for customers charge you £50 plus premium if you want to then cancel which I thought was illegal! Customer has right to full refund upto 14 days after taking out an insurance policy! Was then sent a threatening email regarding a previous quote that was slightly different to the cover taken out and was basically made to feel like a criminal while handing them over my money. Needless to say I will not be renewing with them next year or any year!

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I had a clear renewal reminder from my previous insurer showing my no claims discount, because GA didn't like the wording of the reminder they wouldn't accept it.
