“The only thing I would change is that, sometimes during the course of the year, it would be helpful to be able to discuss a problem on the telephone eg I was changing car and for some reason the new car was shown to be unacceptable to you although this obviously was not the case and, whilst the problem was resolved very professionally by several e-mails, one short telephone call would have made a great difference and given me immediate peace of mind instead of having protracted correspondence over 2 days whilst I was on holiday as, under no circumstances, did I want to have to leave General Accident. I trust this is helpful!”

“'Not my fault' claim dealt with extremely east despite 3 x cars involved. Repaired well and quickly although some confusion over whether I had /needed 'replacement car' (which I was not signed up for and didn't want). Happy.”

“Happy with my quote last year, obviously chose it because it was the cheapest. Not sure why it was a few hundred £'s cheaper than Aviva though (i thought they were owned by G.A.). Haven't needed to make a claim though so can't comment about that side of service. Will stay with G.A. If quote is reasonable next time round.”
