“really good to start with no over the phone help which is annoying. They dont take a pass plus in to consideration so not worth doing. Black box was good and didn't have problems but change after a year as insurance price goes sky high”

“I wouldn't have this insurance if my life depended on it ....a General customer hit my private property...the individual couldn't pay for it ,but they had the general for insurance...I called to file a claim with them ...their response was WE DONT PAY FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY ....HOW CAN YOU TEAR UP SOMEONES CULVERT SO THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS TO FIX IT ???? WHY HAVE INSURANCE, WHAT IF THEY HAD HIT MY 40K TRUCK ??? IS THAT NOT PERSONAL PROPERTY???”

“After numerous communication with GA l found them very inefficient in dealing with telling the DVLA that my vehicle was insured with them which should be automatic. This put me through a lot of unnecessary trauma. I even went to the Police and they tried but without success. In the end I emailed the CEO of the company before this was resolved. Very dissatisfied.”
