E U breakdown assistance from carol nash. I collapsed while on a motorcycle tour of Norway, air lifted to hospital suspected heart attack, also cracked and bruised ribs due to CPR. I contacted carol nash to see if they could assist with the repatriation of my motorcycle , as I was unfit to ride it. I was told your motorcycle hasn't broken down we can't assist with this problem. Flabbergasted. I can only assume it would be the same if your vehicle was involved in an accident.

Really terrible customer service, cancelled my insurance over a month ago and received a copy of my no claims along with a letter to say sorry you are not renewing. Only to be chased by premium credit 6 weeks later for the direct debit and told it needs to be paid otherwise a black mark will be put on my credit file. Have now spent the afternoon trying to sort being passed to teams within the group…. Absolutely terrible service, terrible attitude and will 100% definitely not use again. Be warned - stay clear

Appauling customer service, over charging for cancellations and policy changes, even member of staff was shocked when he worked out my new monthly payments after removing one bike from my policy

Gave me an hour's notice to pay the £23.00 outstanding for a vehicle change. Hung on the phone for ages and gave up. Tried 90 minutes later and they'd cancelled it and charged me a chunk for doing it. Used to be good, they are terrible now

This company is one of biggest rip off in UK. Their cancellation is massive. My advice is avoid li. Look for other reputable insurance companies.

Despite being on the phone for an hour twice they couldn't give me a quote.Computer issues.....waited as promised for a call back. Surprise surprise. Nothing. Used to be a great company.gone right down the drain. Had been a customer for 10 years.

Harley Davidson agreed value insurance underwritin by CNash sent payment within 8 days following a no fault accident. Impressive for sure. Full leather cover paid out. Very helpful staff

Cancelled my policy with them as could not manage to speak to any one on the phone cancelation fee is £66.00 I will pay this but they are hounding me emails texts the lot disgraceful

the company auto renew without consent then said I have e signed documents. This was not the case. I went to cancel the policy as I sold the bike and they said I couldn't cancel without paying £140.00 to leave. If I didn't do this the policy would continue and if the new owner of the sold bike could claim and we would liable for paying. joke

Been robbed along with many over people Took insurance out on my new R7 took £450.00 off me . There was a problem on the insurance document they said the bike was 749 cc which it isn’t when I queried it .two weeks later they cancelled my insurance and charged me £130.00 for there service (Brilliant) Do not use this company if you don’t believe me ,check out trust pilot .There reviews on bike insurance are terrible 😢

Tried to take insurance out online, got a message to ring with a code number to give. Did this and was told by their agent that as my payment wasn't on their system they couldnt insure me. I then realised that I would not be able to use my ncb with them so no point paying over the phone and I asked and he agreed not to proceed with taking out the insurance- at that point it was one and a half hours from the time I went online. Found out 2 days later he hadn't cancelled it, they have charged me for 2 days insurance plus £25 admin fee. I have also been told that if I refuse to pay their debt collection agency will follow it up. So I end up £52 out of pocket with a black mark on my credit rating and all because the first man I spoke to couldn't be bothered to make notes on the computer and do what he promised. TERRIBLE SERVICE !

Called them today for classic car cover. Man I spoke to seemed less than interested and had the worst attitude imaginable. He seemed as though he could not wait to get rid of me and it ended up with him cutting off the call mid way. What an awful company. Pointless complaining when firms are this bad so rang another very helpful rival firm who gave me instant cover on the phone from a polite salesperson. Tip; Do not use this lot.

Started a policy in nov 21 for my scooter but decided to add my fireblade after being bumped by MCE going into administration. Took ages on phone, had to cancel scooter policy, which was £63, got nothing back due to admin fees, then pay £286 to cover both bike and scooter. I could have had fireblade for £122 and scooter for £63 elsewhere so this was quite an increase but needed to go this way to use my 20+ years no claims on both otherwise would be zero no claims on the 'blade so thought i would agree. Paperwork came in and scooter has been dropped to tpft cover but i use it to commute! Also breakdown cover added even though i didn't want it. When i phoned to sort it i ended up having to pay another £25 otherwise i would need to cancel whole lot and start again with resulting charges! Won't be using them again and policy hasn't even started yet!!
