Had been with Carole Nash for over 20 years. Always a excellent company to deal with until the last couple of years when they mixed up my sons motorcycle insurance with my own and they ended up cancelling my policy when I hadn't even spoken to them. Telephoned a advisor who I found difficult to understand but kept saying I had cancelled it. It took many phone calls to people who I found hard to understand. Eventually they checked their records and finally agreed I was correct INFURIATING TO SAY THE LEAST. Then this year wanted to add a new motorcycle onto my existing bike creating a multibike policy only to be told that that wasn't possible as none if their panel of insurance companies would insure me. I requested to cancel my policy as I would find insurance elsewhere. This then involved being bounced from one advisor to another all difficult to understand and a very crackly phone line. My anger and frustration was through the roof, but eventually it was cancelled. Immediately contacted DEVITT INSURANCE spoke with a very easy to understand gentleman who guided me through all the questions and found me a suitable multibike policy for an incredible price. No drama no holding for ever and a crystal clear phone line.

Very unimpressed and insulted.. Hurt in a motorcycle accident that wasn't my fault and got nothing but abuse bullying delays and incompetence. It's still ongoing almost 4 months later and not even a phone call.. Very suspect company. 4Th dimension are bordering on illegal activities

On the phone for almost 2 hours trying to change policy over for a new bike. Told I was to be given a cheaper quote but turned out more expensive. On hold to numerous people abroad who did not have sufficient knowledge to deal with this. Awful service and cancelled my insurance. Don’t touch them

Been with Carole Nash for 20 years - with a lot of bikes on my policy over the years (some 59) but i have noticed there service is slipping - on hold for 15 minutes for every change- and one bike was insured in march 23 - but after receiving a letter n June from Dvla telling me and fining me for for bike not being insured- as they forgot to put it on the MID base - i called to ask why and they put a complaint forward but at the end of august still no news and I’m stuck with the fine now ???? Very shoddy and i wont be renewing this policy for sure - such. Shame when they use to be so good

1 start was too much for this company. The hours Iv wasted trying to deal with these clowns! I’m cancelling my policy with them now. Don’t bother to waste your time.

Signed up with them as need cheap car insurance. Had to cancel policy couple of months in. Was charged £130 for cancellation fee and administration fee. Paid over phone. They contacted me recently to ask for more money saying i have not settled a final amount. Luckily somebody helped me sort this, after a battle, as it's was their error. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Rubbish, call centres are abroad with limited knowledge and the language barrier is terrible. can't blame them, blame Carole Nash for employing cheap labour for bigger profits.

Since my initial car insurance purchase from CN I've turned 75 and my wife (2nd driver) has died. I used the online chat to tell the company of my change of circumstances ahead of the 1 month renewal lead time so that they could factor this into their calculations. Today's quote shows a 60% premium increase with no heed paid to the changes I notified, NCB cover and all discounts stripped away. So it's back to those ****** meercats for me today!

I can only iterate all the other reviews: hidden charges, very poor communication, rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Could not cancel automatic car insurance renewal on line, phoned call centre. Call taker had poor English but said she would cancel automatic renewal. A week later they took money out of my account for another year’s insurance. Phone the call centre again and explained that I had not wanted automatic renewal. The call taker was very rude. I have to now wait up to 2 weeks for the money to be refunded to my account.

Fully agree with other reviewers re terrible service and very poor call centre. After many years I have ditched them and used another broker who provide a personal service.

The most disorganized rip off organization I have ever ever dealt with in my 30yrs of driving and riding! Will never use again and will advise every biker I know to not go anywhere near them! Absolute joke! I am soooooo annoyed!

Had many years with carol Nash, but noticed 2022 something badly wrong, kept on phone for 54 mins getting nowhere, staff all seem to be working from home with little or no care, one had a heavy cold, another kept dissapearing to another caller, then finally last week a call centre in far east with an offive background tape playing so loud could not understand anything they said....Big joke....going to another company when insurance due this oct 23

Been with Carol Nash for 3 years now,, phoned them to renew for the 4th year ,,had a few queries ,,about the policy ,wich the person wasn't really interested in so they hung up ,this happened twice ,goodbye carol Nash....hello FOOTMAN JAMES lovely telesales person .

I've been a customer of Carol Nash for many years (20yrs)they have been great over this time but after my recent renewal I look out as I always do a multi bike policy , not long into start of policy I had to change a bike I know it costs a fortune but I had no choice ,I called them as I had done many times in the past I spoke to a nice lady (very bad broken English) she said she was unable to do the change ???? I was confused i had to leave the call this left my bike uninsured and I was unable to use it for work, I called back still no joy one bloke suggested I take a separate policy at great cost he was very rude , I waited till next day still no one called me , I called again still no joy , I called again later in the day and spoke to a bloke who explained the new way of doing things my quote had to be passed to a team leader as people Id previously spoke to couldn't do it ( call center abroad i presume ? ), i complained to the complaint dept surprise surprise i got a reply that was very inaccurate and of course found in their favour I've since cancelled my policy (at great cost to me ) please avoid I have no idea what's happened after years of great service

After 17 years Carole Nash altered the endorsements on my policy. Spent 40 mins on the phone to what was definitely not a UK based call centre trying to rectify the issue. Could hardly understand the call handlers and was repeated put on hold. I ended the call in frustration and I am looking at alternative insurer. Totally pi££ed off after years of loyal custom.

I have been with Carole Nash for many years mostly without a problem to-day I sold one of my two motorcycles and contacted them to remove it from the policy. I have never had such poor service the operatives sounded as if they were reading from an autocue without understanding what they were reading long gaps between questions and some questions asked repeatedly my name and address asked three times and they appeared to have to go away and ask for advice before being able to continue and this apart from the fact that they obviously have no knowledge of subject they are dealing with. After having had years of good service this is appalling and whoever is responsible should be ashamed. After just over an hour of long gaps and total mind numbing ineptness I told them to cancel my policy and have now moved elsewhere.
