Flowers delivered. Ordered by our son for his mother. Disgraceful the price charged and what was delivered. Could easily buy in any other supermarket for £5 or less. This shameless company has been going down hill for years but this is the last time any of our family will ever buy from them. Disgusting company.

Flowers delivered on Tuesday dying on Thursday morning. Don’t M&S care about their reputation anymore? It certainly seems they don’t give a toss about customer satisfaction. Others before you tried this mentality and have vanished from the market.

Ordered a rainbow Alstroemeria bouquet and it arrived and most flowers were limp and only two colours pink and white. Will never buy from m&s again. Contact them and they weren’t Interested.

my cousin sent me some flowers . the flowers were half dead and limp. i phoned the customer complaints department and asked them to either take them back, replace them or give my cousin back her money. They offered to replace them the following day. Guess what, nothing turned up. The bouquet cost £45, what a total waste of money. The bouquet itself was just tied together with an elastic band, the stems were left bare (most florists put the stems in a bag full of gel to maintain moisture).

Flowers ordered for our friends Pearl anniversary, due to arrive today. We checked with our friends this afternoon and flowers had not arrived. Looked through the order that said flowers could arrive up to 6pm. Flowers arrived at 6.45pm, when the driver was asked why they were late he just said it was nothing to do with him. Our friends rang to say the flowers were not in water so quite dried out having spent 12 hours on the van. Very very poor, when we contacted M and S they said they could send other flowers, absolutely pointless as the anniversary is now passed. We have used M and S many times for flowers ……. Never again!

I leave for work around 4.30am in the morning. When I opened the door this morning there was a large box strewn across the drive. Thought someone's bin may have overflowed. Turned out to a flower delivery for my wife. Not sure who sent it, possibly her work as she recently suffered a bereavement. The box was all bashed as were the wilting flowers. No real surprise with how they had been left overnight. The annoying thing is that when they were left (dumped) we were both at home. A knock at the door, wait for an answer, would have been the proper thing to do. Sadly, M&S have dropped their standards and now Cowboy firm Yodel to do their deliveries.

Review should have said zero, flowers sent to staff member on Wednesday as bereavement as mum passed away, called to see her on Friday and couldn't believe the wilted mess, should be ashamed sending them to anyone

I had roses delivered as a gift and they were packed using the Marks and Spencer “no water” delivery and they were half dead. A new replacement delivery was arranged and once again they were half dead with brown petals and drooping heads. It was very difficult and embarrassing telling the person who sent them the first time how could I tell them a second time. I am very disappointed with Marks and Spencer ☹️☹️☹️

Ordered flowers for my Mam’s 90th birthday Never arrived Had been in Yodel depot from 13.00hrs on Saturday but never delivered Customer service very unhelpful just offered me a refund which would be refunded to my card in 3-5 working days So this will make all the difference when I arrive at my Mams party without any flowers Will never use M&S again

Ordered flowers to be delivered for my Aunt's 90th birthday who lives alone. Supposed to be delivered between 7am and 7pm today. Had txt message from Yodel at 7.00am to say the flowers were at the depot. At 5pm tracking stated flowers still in depot. Rang M and S who said they called Yodel and flowers will be delivered at 6.30pm. Still not arrived and depot closed!! No present for my Aunt and feel that the person I spoke to at 5pm was just saying that to get me off the phone. I should have learnt my lesson when it happened in February for my sister's birthday which arrived 2 days late. Will not be using M and S ever again !!

Received an orchid as a surprise gift from someone else, when unpacking all the flowers were fallen off and in the bottom of the cardboard and two of the top stems were completely broken.

Arrived needing life support- photos attached are 24 hours after delivery. If you’re sending flowers use a local florist!

My daughter has just come out of hospital with COVID so I thought I would surprise her with some flowers. I chose M&S as I thought they would be good. I ordered some yellow roses and added some sweets and a candle. The flowers arrived in a box and we’re not what you would expect, the sweets were there but no candle. I called them and was on the phone for over15 minutes where they called the courier who said the had delivered everything. I assured her this was not the case and she agreed to refund the cost of the candle. I said I was not happy so she conceded to give me a 10 pound voucher. I was extremely upset as what should have been a special gesture was completely ruined by M&S and their couriers. DO NOT BOTHER!

My order of 6 pairs of black joggers has turned up on time though they were screwed up in the parcel. When ordering these joggers, It clearly states on the web page in "BLACK AND WHITE " that these joggers are straight leg joggers. "WRONG"… they are TAPERED LEG and do not look as STRAIGHT LEG joggers/ trousers SHOULD look. I am really irritated. Obviously the buyer who bought these in to sell off are not liaising with the person who advertises these joggers for sale, I am sure that who ever is responsible couldn’t give a toss. as long as they are sold. I have bought these joggers 6 pairs at a time for years because they were comfortable, apart from last year, the rise was short meaning, they didn't come up to the waist. so gave them to charity. One just cannot believe what is written down. Where can I buy 6 pairs of black STRAIGHT LEG joggers "meaning straight down from hip to ankle" from your pages. I have complained by phone and was given a £5 voucher for my troubles for what good that will do It doesn't alter my irritation.
