No flowers or champagne to take a photo of as they didn’t arrive!! No phone call to apologise, just an email with a 30% discount off future flower orders!! Why would I order more when you couldn’t even deliver the first ones. Really disappointed given how long it has been since I have seen my Mum and the way this has been handled

Absolutely disgusted at the Mother’s Day flowers I sent my mum today. All wilted and dead! Never again!!!!!

I bought the flowers in a box for my friend in January they came in a box that was wet ,then the flowers were in a green bag that was wet and the flowers looked nothing like the picture. Now my sister bought some for mothers day same idea but a oink box they are really poor flowers for the money spent . Never again M&S

Haven’t seen my mother for a year so for Mother’s Day I thought would send flowers and wine through marks and Spencer’s bound to be good( joke) so upset and disappointed for her, got her carer to take photo for me as my mum said their lovely ad she knew I’d be upset, never again will I order from you

I ordered flowers and chocolates for mum too arrive on Mother’s Day I ordered them on Monday 10 March plenty time for marks and spencer too arrange so I thought. Yesterday I got an email to say dpd would deliver and sent a text message on delivery slot for Mothering Sunday . Well hear I am this evening neither a text from dpd are flowers and chocolates did not get delivered . To say I am annoyed is a understatement. I paid a lot of money to marks as I thought a reputable company to deliver and I now I feel left down , I rang customer service this evening after an hour wait too speak to a very unhelpful person no apology and said oh flowers could arrive tomorr . Tomorr is not good enough. Thank goodness got a refund.

Flowers ordered for mothers day due to arrive 7am-7pm. Now almost 8pm and not shown up. Unable to contact customer services. Would never use this company again

The flowers I ordered for my mother arrived over 24 hours late and were in really poor condition and well past their best. Extremely embarrassing and I won't be using M&S flowers again. Really wish I had gone elsewhere.

Abundance roses I had sent for Mother’s Day. Absolute rubbish. 2/3 dead in the box. White roses were brown and the rest were all well open. Totally different to the description. Second time this has happened and I’ll never order them again. They have issued a refund so will check I receive it. Don’t bother. Rubbish quality. I actually called last night to complain. On hold 50 minutes when they said 30 and they close at 8pm and someone cut me off as they didn’t want to call. Not sure what’s happened to M&S but I’m done with them.

The flowers my mother received this morning from M and S were in really poor condition and the size of the bouquet that I had ordered (for £50) was surprisingly small. The flowers are wilting and broken and well past their best. To say I was embarrassed is an understatement. Won’t be using again.

So disappointed flowers were wilted and brown round the edges. Can’t tell the person who sent them she would be so upset. Could have bought better from Lidl.

Hi recieved flowers yesterday for mother's day. They are the daffodils and narcissus. They look dreadful white flowers brown and still limp. Not the quality expectedfrom m and s. I daren't tell my son how bad they were although I have taken photos and kept the order details. I phoned customer services who were very apologetic and immediately offered a replacement. Won't arrive until the 22nd a week later. I can't understand why they were so bad, what about quality control. Someone is not doing their job properly. At some point I will have to tell my son.

Very disappointed with my Mother's Day flowers. Apart from the lilies which arrived in bud, the Rose's and lisianthus were well past their best looking tired and faded.

Mother's Day flowers arrived in poor condition, so disappointed as would have expected somthing extra special from M&S. Didn't want to tell my son as didn't want to disappoint him but then thought that he needed to know as why should he waste his money on poor quality flowers. Can honestly say it put a big dampner on the day, as my son lives many miles away & not seen him since Xmas so was so looking forward to receiving This bouquet- could not have been anymore disappointed!

Mothering Sunday flowers arrived dead and broken. Bored customer service offered new delivery 5 days later. Very small bouquet compared to online photo. Won't use again there are much better providers

Worst flowers ever received by us from any flower delivery company. M&S offered to send a replacement in 9 days or refund to sender ( which would be embarrassing). Will never use this company’s flower service again

Ordered by my daughter who lives abroad for Mothering Sunday, arrived yesterday, i.e. the day before as requested. I was so disappointed, the quality of the flowers, was disgusting, many stems with no heads, they had obviously been removed, roses with bent stems, the heads fell off, when I called Customer Service, the assistant offered to see if she could send the same bouquet again. I refused this. I felt this was insulting. Fortunately I do not have a Smartphone, so my daughter would not expect me to send a photo.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Extremely disappointed with size of box and quantity of flowers. Very expensive for such a small amount of cheap flowers. Never again.
