Ordered by my daughter who lives abroad for Mothering Sunday, arrived yesterday, i.e. the day before as requested. I was so disappointed, the quality of the flowers, was disgusting, many stems with no heads, they had obviously been removed, roses with bent stems, the heads fell off, when I called Customer Service, the assistant offered to see if she could send the same bouquet again. I refused this. I felt this was insulting. Fortunately I do not have a Smartphone, so my daughter would not expect me to send a photo.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Extremely disappointed with size of box and quantity of flowers. Very expensive for such a small amount of cheap flowers. Never again.

Received bouquet today. Thought it was a box of wine because it was in a large Laithwaites Box. Inside the flowers were wavering around and in an inverted Yodel bag, so looked plain black but when turned "inside" out it was green with Yodel all over it. Stick on address label was so sticky could not get it off to see who it was from and then it ripped. Care instructions sopping wet. Some heads of roses had broken off. Roses were fully opened when they said they were in bud. Why people order from M and S I do not know. Try Bloom and Wild or any of the hundreds of other companies who seem to manage to do what they are paid to do. I tried phoning but 5 mins of answering automated service got me through to a line that said I would have to wait 15 minutes. My daughter would be livid if I told her but she clearly deserves a FULL refund. I also question; Where did those flowers come from M and S or Yodel. Beats me. Disgraceful.

Mums garden bouquet - not good value for money - very small bouquet (more like standard bunch) - wilting flowers on arrival - slightly browning on the edge of white flowers - not worth the money - wont be using M&S again for flowers - very disappointing

Found a box with flowers and chocolates left in the sun on my doorstep.nobody rang the doorbell to say they were delivering. As we are shielding and don’t go out much they could have been there for ages. Not what we expect from M and S.

Not worth the money I paid £50 for two mother’s day bouquets thinking that Marks & Spencer’s would supply flowers of a decent quality ….. How wrong was I. Both bouquets arrived quickly and were well packaged in their transport boxes, however, upon opening these it became evident that the bouquets were significantly smaller than I initially imagined. Whilst one bunch looked alright, the other was so tightly banded together it had caused the flowers to lean up against the box resulting in one side of the spray being flattened and misshapen. I expected more from Marks & Spencer and feel both ripped off and let down by this experience. I will never buy flowers online from them again and I urge anyone thinking of ordering flowers from the website to reconsider and go else ware or, if you really want them from Marks & Spencer, then buy them in store.

Have just received Fairtrade Rose and Alstromeria boxed flowers. No idea who they’re from. Rang the Flower Shop number to hear recorded message “ we are unable to give information about where order is from. Try ringing friends and family to find out who sent them”. Can you seriously recommend that? I eventually spoke to someone but interestingly, got cut off. I’d opted for a call back, to discuss service. This hasn’t happened. Sad and drooping blooms. Not good enough when customers have ordered and paid in good faith. Very poor service. This is the THIRD time I’ve been sent M and S flowers without message card. No, I’m not ringing round embarrassing people to discover who sent them. What shocking advice! Shame on you, M and S! My advice: DON’T USE M and S ONLINE.

I placed 2 orders for flowers one also included chocolates. The first flowers arrived with the recipient on the 9th and were apparently beautiful. The second delivery of flowers and chocolates were delivered apparently last night and found this morning after spending all night in the extreme wind and rain. I have now found that I received a text to say they had been left in the back porch. They were a gift and I am therefore not the recipient and the recipient has no porch at all. Also the family were in all the time. My sister says they are 'ok' but I wanted more than ok! I only ordered from M&S as I couldn't get the correct delivery date from Waitrose.

Do not use, bunch of flowers get put in a box 2 days before day of delivery, which is bad enough mine arrived 4 days too late for a birthday with box and flowers damaged, got a full refund and used Interflora instead

I was kindly sent some flowers which arrived soaking wet half dead and one of the large flower heads and in the bottom of the box. They were absolutely shocking hate to think of anyone waisting their money on these flowers. They went in the bin after two days.

I sent some flowers to my elderly relative & the flowers arrived dead. I phone in & reported it was offered a replacement order which also arrived dead. Very embarrassing situation for me. Birthdays are only once a year.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughters birthday, waited all day for delivery and when I checked said could not be delivered, when I rang M&S was told it was because I’d missed a letter off the postcode ,I admit it was my fault ,but so annoyed they didn’t bother to contact me to put the matter right , so upset my daughter didn’t get her birthday flowers

My mother took out the flower subscription for my Christmas present. She thought it would be a good way to spread the cost of a present and I loved the idea of receiving flowers each month. The experience, however has been really poor and I strongly advise people not to be lured into the promises made. In short, money has been taken regularly, once even twice in the same month; flowers have failed to be delivered; and the customer service has been extremely poor. What should have been a lovely experience, in reality has been extremely disappointing. Hours have been spent on the phone with people who were ill equipped to deal with the subscription service. My advice is not to use M&S for flowers but contact a local florist.
