I paid for next day delivery on an order for clothes. I had a confirmation email then a despatch email. Nothing was delivered. Hermes tracking said they were waiting for the parcel from M&S. I rang customer services, as there is no email contact on the site. After a performance getting put through, the customer service chap said it had been despatched and he would reorder it for delivery the next day. I asked for the p&p to be refunded. Now another day having to wait in for a delivery I’m not convinced will come. It’s the last time I’m ordering if it fails to turn up tomorrow. If you can’t do next day delivery then say so and don’t charge people for a service you can’t fulfil.

Two deliveries ,two weeks apart. First was daffodils, worth about £5. Second was tulips that arrived yesterday, they were DEAD,no amount of water and food could resurrect them. Trying to cancel the subscription was a nightmare. Got through on the phone this am ,to speak to a human don't use the word " flowers" you will be sent around in circles. Use the words "speak to an agent" then next prompt " complaint". Had to ask fora refund on the tulips. Horrible experience. Come on M&S get a grip.

Ordered a Bocquet of flowers from my auntie‘s 70th wedding anniversary and they’ve just arrived dead leaves in the box heads of the flowers. We have been tracking the delivery driver and they had 109 parcels and we were 90th no water and no Oasis all dried out would definitely not recommend Marks & Spencer‘s flowers to anyone got a refund but that’s not the point specially when it’s a 70th wedding anniversary not many people get that

I ordered my mum the colour burst bouquet for Mother’s Day online costing me £35, I expected good quality from marks and Spencer’s but would have got better quality from a £10 bouquet from Morrison’s, some of the flowers where withered and a couple had the heads snapped off, my mum was disappointed with the quality, also the delivery driver dumped the box at door and didn’t even chap the door, my stepdad had been waiting in for them to arrive and only noticed the box sitting outside the front door on the street when he went to his car for something, doubt I’ll be ordering flowers from them again.

I had a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day but the Lily’s didn’t open. I followed the instructions to the letter but they just died

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day and was so disappointed when they started dying after one day! £30 isn’t cheap for flowers so you’d expect them to turn up alive

Can only echo other customer comments - my Mother's Day flowers were Nothing like the online photograph. Who knows how long the wilted and broken blooms had been bagged in the box. By day 2, stems had rotted and flower heads never had a chance! Would love to hear a comment from M & S!

Three bouquet of flowers purchased for Mother’s Day. £25 for each bouquet and they were absolutely shocking. Contacted M&S with no response. I will never buy from them again.

If I could give minus ten stars I would. Huge box with very small broken plant inside complete with smashed pot for mother's day. Complained and was sent an even worse replacement. Promised a new replacement but never arrived. What on earth has happened to marks and Spencers . SO angry and disappointed. 😐

My 13yr old son paid £12 for a bunch of flowers for Mothering Sunday. The quality was really poor and all but one of the Lilly heads has shrivelled and turned brown, so they won’t be opening. There were only 3 stems with 11 buds. The leaves are also yellow. Tesco and Asda sell lovely lilies at just £6 and you get high quality FRESH flowers that last well over the 5 days equally suggested by M&S. Same conditions as always, away from sunlight, not in a hot room or near a draft, the same as I would with Tesco or Asda flowers. Cut perfectly and placed in plant food. What on earth has happened to M&S quality standards? The M&S flowers were meant to be a premium treat instead they were a disappointment. Such a shame. I can see from reviews that I wasn’t alone. However, the Belgium dusted truffles went down a treat. Also, the £25 meal deal of roast beef, roast potatoes and apple pie was great, even if I had to oversee the cooking. There are more important things to worry about in life but when I see others can’t see their parent & the flowers were meant to make up for this, I can only guess M&S were a bit stretched to meet demand and their standards slipped, which has left many upset customers and recipients. I personally won’t be buying M&S flowers and next time he’ll buy from Asda or Tesco if he buys flowers again.

Flowers sent for Mother’s Day arrived half dead and the whole lot were gone within 4 days. Tried to complain but first time operator hung up on me and second time gave me non existent email address. Tried live chat but again no one available and it timed out. My son spent a lot of his hard earned money on these and it’s disgusting that there is no way to even complain about them. Shame on you.

Dead, wilted, lifeless flowers with no colour. Appalling that someone could even send these out on Mother's day. Profit over people, shame on you M&S

Flowers ordered for Mothers day, looked nothing like the image on line, hardly any flowers more leaves than anything else. The flowers that were there were limp and dying. I will never ever buy from Marks and Spencer again, not even had a response to my complaint.

Huge box arrived on M Day contained small dull sparse bouquet, greenery half dead, roses all brown outer petals did remove as instructed but all others went brown too, no gift card, 2 boxes stuffed with black paper and polystyrene type Pellets containing small afternoon tea items, cheap slab lemon cake, tiny shortbread, nice small chocolates, jam and pretty tea caddy. The profit must be be huge for them but a huge disappointment for a mother who’s relative spent a lot of hard earned money as we haven’t seen each other for nearly a year. Shame on M and S when it could have done so much better. Ie. Better brighter flowers, individual decorated cake and pretty decorated box......didn’t need two to recycle. I don’t want to tell her how dreadful it was as much thought went into it and presumably a high price.
