“I had to speak to Policy Expert a few times as our solicitor was asking for a letter and then our exchange date was moved. Each time I spoke with them, they were super helpful (particularly Paris) who remembered my case and was really friendly. I also used the chat function where someone responded within less than 24 hours. Obviously I haven’t had to phone regarding a claim, but the dealings I’ve had so far are really positive and would definitely recommend Policy Expert.”
