“There was a problem and misunder standing with your product after speaking to your staff about the insurance for my wife's rings was not included in the contents I informed I did not want to take out your policy but you already taken the £141 out of my bank which you promised to give me a full refund in the nest 3to5 days your prepossel form is very misleading”

Good Afternoon Terence Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. At the point of purchasing a Policy Expert home insurance policy, we ask all policyholders to ensure that they are providing us with honest and correct information. One of the questions that we ask in our application for insurance is 'Do you have any valuables or personal items worth over £2,000 each (not including bicycles)? We have a duty of care to ensure our policies are providing adequate cover and we will require for the valuables to be specified. We have reviewed the call that you had with our agent and found that you had informed us of the valuables after you had provided us with your card details and paid for the policy. The agent confirmed that we would need to adjust your policy accordingly and transferred you over to our adjustments team. You had then decided to cancel your policy, we had arranged this for you and advised that you will receive your refund within 3-5 working days. “Nicely designed site and easy to use. Competitive price result. But a little difficulty determining which options had to be selected in order to qualify for higher rate of Quidco cashback, which turned out not to be appropriate in my case anyway.”
