“First time I’ve taken apicy out with policy expert. Was a very easy experience. Got everything I need plus a few things that were not that important but covered anyway. Great price hopefully great product. But if I don’t have to find out over the course of the year then win win. Cheers”

“Absolutely sham company with terrible customer service and no honour. Got a quote from them for a price I was happy with so I locked it and saved the details of the quote reference. A day and a half later I researched the quote with the provided reference number to find the price increased £100. Contracted customer service who said they see the price has changed but nothing they can do? Is this company ran by idiots or just scam artists, What's the point of a quote if you're not honouring the prices or even locking them in but instead just changing them randomly. Do you understand what a quote is??”

“Excellent price and Home Insurance cover. I was amazed as I've paid less than half the renewal quote from my current insurer. The on-line site is very speedy and easy to use and there's a UK phone number if required. I will definately be using Policy Expert when our motor vehicles insurances need renewing.”
