“Great /starting price. but but high increase in price (£69) if you upgrade from basic emergency cover to better emergency cover. On line process quite good to navigate”

“I rang to query the fact that I could get a better quote from Policy Expert through Gocompare than the renewal quote direct from the company. The agent I spoke to handled my enquiry with great sensitivity, displaying excellent people skills, and I ended up paying the lower amount. He appeared to be doing the job "by the book", which made me think he was perhaps relatively inexperienced, but if this the case, he had clearly been well trained.”

“While the cover provided was good and the price was reasonable, when the time came to renew the policy the value of the house was listed as about 50% of its true amount and my request for a new e-mail to be sent to me with the correct value listed was declined.”
