“This is the second year running I have used Policy Expert to insure my house. So far, the experience has been very positive with excellent customer service and an easy-to-navigate website. Four stars out of five simply because I have not yet had to claim from Policy Expert and therefore cannot give a complete review. However, given my experience with them so far, I have high expectations that making a claim would be equally straightforward and stress free.”

“Good price, good pull through of information from Compare the Market Website into policy though not totally accurate - had to amend insurance information to get a saving of £6! £250 policy excess for accidental damage not very clear but it was there.”

“The wait to speak to an individual was minimal and as soon as I spoke to the lady she was very polite and informative / helpful. My insurance was purchased in a quick and efficient manner, I would definitely recommend Policy Expert”
