“4 out of 5 as nobody is perfect very easy to deal with and a good level of cover. Only criticisms is you have to cancel a policy instead of transfer it but was made easy as cancellation fees are waived if you take another policy. The only other slight pain was that if you are buying a house with your own cash you can’t get a policy in place the day before as you would when using a mortgage. Staff are top notch and explain everything so decisions are easy to make.”
