“Very easily set up, great value and very clear policy information”

“We have just cancelled our policy. Charged us £30 to change the car (admin fee), then we decided to go elsewhere for a much more competitive quote and found you wanted £60 more just to cancel the policy!!!!! YES, it must be in the original documentation that you charge £60 to cancel, but stupidly I missed that! After a moan, you reduced it to £30 because we paid £30 a few weeks back when we changed cars. A rip-off charge when a few keystrokes and an email are all that is required. AND, I just looked, the new insurer makes no admin charges whatsoever!”

“I had to contact this company over a concern with my cover of insurance, well what can I say, not only was the sales advisor very helpful but she was extremely polite and thoughtful. I am so very happy to have bought this insurance at a very competitive price and fantastic staff at Policy Expert. Now I can understand why the company called it Policy Expert because that’s what they are!”

“Brilliant Value The site was very easy to use and the price quoted for my Home and Contents Insurance Policy was way more competitive than other insurance companies. In addition to that the Policy is inclusive of additional things that other companies were charging extra for. I am a very happy customer and I can see why Policy Expert has won awards.”
