“I have just changed to this company & I phoned them to ask them to remove the automatic renewal. The phone was answered very quickly, NO queuing , & by a real person (Tim) who dealt with my request in seconds. Last year i was the phone to Halifax Insurance for over 30 mins. The staff member made every excuse under the sun to avoid doing cancelling the renewal including saying what was left on my policy would have to be cancelled .”
