“saved quite a bit of money on my existing renewal with a number of additional bits of cover added for free - or so it seemed in the quote. after buying and checking my policy it looks as if some of the add ons in the quote have not been included as promised so now I have to contact them and check and - presumably - pay extra if I want them.”

“Good price and a reasonably-straightforward quote and payment process. As ever, you don't really know whether an insurance company is actually any good until the [ahem] hits the [oops] and you have to claim, but thus far, at least the process of getting insurance has been fine.”
