“Nicely designed site and easy to use. Competitive price result. But a little difficulty determining which options had to be selected in order to qualify for higher rate of Quidco cashback, which turned out not to be appropriate in my case anyway.”

“Changing my home insurance to Policy Expert was easy and straightforward and I got it at a great price through Compare the Market. My only complaint would be that I prefer my policy documents to be sent through the post rather than via email, as I find a paper copy easier to refer to.”

“Online application suddenly crashed and referred me to a customer advisor by telephoning. Very helpful lady, polite and calm. Took quite a long time as she had to read out all the terms & conditions, but we got there in the end, and pleased with the price. Only downside was the "upselling" attempts to sell me unwanted upgrades to legal expences/keys/ etc.”
