“Quick renewal. However, not fair that services we previously enjoyed has been removed. It was also a marginally increased price for less cover. Hopefully this is rectified so that we don't have to start shopping around for another cover.”

“Good price for household insurance, but it's a pity that the whole transaction cannot be completed on line. When completing the transaction, the agent was very friendly even though each line of the application needed to be confirmed again at the telephone which seemed a bit long winded. No real problems though”

“I was pleased to see that my renewal fee had only increased slightly. Usually I would have compared other insurances but the deal was a good one so I stuck to it. The person I spoke to initially was very helpful. I have not given it five stars as I have not made a claim and therefore can't comment on how that would have been dealt with.”

“Was able to quickly solve my query to a satisfactory standard (emailing documents to solicitor). Unfortunately was unable to fax the documents, which would have been preferred as the more secure method.”
