“Policy Expert had the best price for home insurance compared to other companies which is why I got it. It was easy to find policy related information online and the policy set up and payment process was quick. The website is use friendly. I am unable to comment on customer service or pay out process as I only just bought the policy.”

“Purchased insurance. Process user friendly, terms easy to understand what’s covered and what’s not. Rated 4 (not 5), because should I need to make a claim, I don’t know what they’ll be like.”

“I purchased Building and Contents cover which provided better cover than my previous insurance for a lower price. So far very happy with the purchase. Hopefully I will not need to make a claim but if I do I would expect quick and good service.”

“i have a claim going through. the only way you can make any contact to discuss any issues is through the portal. it is really irritating. There is no sense of urgency you just get fobbed off with a lowball cash settlement or put into the hands of their own surveyors and contractors with lead times in excess of 6/8 weeks and that's just to get something moving. customer services is absolutely diabolical. put through on the phone got told they couldn't hear me and to ring back,hey presto they've all gone home, how convenient. i definitely won't be recommending or renewing ever again. oh and be aware people what you pay this year they will double and some next year. avoid this company”

“Excellent idea to put the bronze, silver and gold prices as 3 separate entries on the Money Supermarket site. It saved me having to click on various optional upgrades on one site only. I was impressed with the price saving compared with my latest renewal price, and having free legal and breakdown cover [unlike my old policy] was a real bonus. Best of all, I was able to ring your number, speak to someone whom I felt confident with, who gave me verbal reassurance on one small policy point in your small print section where I needed clarification. Overall I came away very happy.”
