“Only gave 4 star’s, as you never know a good insurance company until you have to make a claim and see how they deal with it. I chose policy expert not just due to price but on the advice they supply via their emails & website. Even though I had moved my contents & building insurance to another company For a couple of years I still received these mails, which contain some good advice, I suppose a bit of subliminal message marketing. Either way I decided to return to the company.”

“The agent was very helpful, went through the policy details,explained everything very well. She was polite, knew her product and helped me with the payment details. All in all a pleasant experience - not something you usually associate with purchasing insurance.”
