“My home buildings & contents insurance was due for renewal and the premium had increased by over 40%. I use comparethemarket to obtain alternative quotes & Policy Expert was one of the cheapest with what I thought was the best benefits. Arranging the insurance & paying the renewal was easy to do & the on-line account looks easy to manage. I am happy with my move to Policy Expert.”

“It was relatively straight forward to get a quote. The online interface was simple enough to manage and the process was smooth. As with most insurance companies attempting to lower the excess unfortunately raises the premium quite dramatically. The set £250 accidental damage excess is a bit restrictive and possibly makes claiming for accidental damage for less expensive items probably not worth it. Since I was trying to save money this year I think I got the cover I can afford which hopefully covers me for all the key things I need.”

“Peace of Mind is what first comes to mind Everything clearly laid out I know what I am insured for Simple to contact Easy to Log in if you wish Probably the Best House insurance I have ever had in 56 years of House Ownership plus no rip off pricing or large increases in your Policy because you are a loyal Customer unlike lots of others As I said Peac3 of Mind and affordable too”

“My renewal quote increased because I lost the discounts applied because I adjusted the house value due to inflation and my kids had moved out. This was resolved by a phone call but I shouldn't have been penalised in the first place”
