“I was contacted in good time about my renewal, and I can't say if it's a good policy as I've had no reason to contact you. The one thing I would say which is a bit annoying, is that there is no mention on any reminder or the confirmation of renewal which account the money is being taken out of. In my case I would not necessarily have the funds available so it would be helpful if the reminder stated the last four digits of the account from which the monies are being debited.”

“The cancellation email needs to have policy number or more details on it. I cancelled 1 policy & started another but received 1 cancellation, then 1 new policy then another cancellation email & it made it appear that the new policy was cancelled”
